中西医结合临床专业研究生住院医师规范化培训初探

【摘要】：中西医结合临床专业研究生也是参加住院医师规范化培训的主体之一,在参加住院医师规范化培训过程中存在与现有政策矛盾、缺乏明确的临床实践考核评价体系、导师认知存在分歧和管理部门协调性有待加强等问题。由此提出把住院医生规范化培训、研究生培养、医师资格考试等有机结合起来,尝试中西医结合专业学位研究生进校后直接进入临床进行轮转。根据研究生的理论水平、临床技能等个体化进行分段式临床培养教育,使得中西医结合临床专业学位研究生进入"早临床、多临床"的培养教育模式,增强其胜任临床岗位的职业能力。
[Abstract]:The postgraduates of clinical major of integrated Chinese and western medicine are also one of the main bodies of standardized training for resident doctors. In the process of attending standardized training of resident doctors, there are contradictions with existing policies, and there is a lack of a clear evaluation system for clinical practice. There are differences in the teacher's cognition and the coordination of the management departments needs to be strengthened. As a result, it is proposed that standardized training for resident doctors, graduate student training, and examination for doctors' qualifications should be combined organically. After entering the university, the graduate students of professional degree of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine will directly enter the clinic for rotation. According to the theoretical level of graduate students, clinical skills and other individualized clinical training education, It makes the graduate students of clinical degree of integrated Chinese and western medicine enter the "early clinical, multi-clinical" training and education mode, and enhance their professional ability to be qualified for clinical posts.
