【摘要】：转化学习是指通过关键性事件的刺激,使学习者认知结构产生冲突,开始主动思考、分析与交流,从而获得新的世界观、人生观与价值观,最终付诸实践以完成转化的学习过程。成年残障者是社会中的一类特殊群体,他们因先天或后天原因部分丧失或全部丧失基本生活能力,不能完全保障自己很好地适应社会生活。随着全纳教育的提出,成年残障者社会融入的障碍还很突出,转化学习是促进成年残障者社会融入过程中的重要学习形式。通过关键性事件的触发,使他们原有的意义结构受到撞击,在此影响下,改变他们原来的认知方式与生活状态,以便更好地融入社会。本文以成年残障者作为研究对象,运用文献研究法、访谈法和个案分析法,尝试对基于社会融入过程中的成年残障者转化学习进行质的研究。本文一共分为五章,第一章为绪论部分,阐述了研究的缘起、目的及意义,国内外研究现状,研究思路与方法以及研究的重点、难点与创新点。第二章主要对本论文的理论基础进行介绍,着重探讨了社会融合理论和转化学习理论,除此之外,还对本论文中几个重要的概念进行了界定。第三章根据访谈提纲对访谈对象进行深入访谈,形成研究对象的个案故事。第四章根据成年残障者的真实案例,从转化学习的阶段、特点、方式、障碍、结果等维度对成年残障者社会融入过程中的转化学习进行深入剖析,总结出成年残障者转化学习的共性特征。第五章从成年残障者个人、培训机构、工作单位、家庭与社会等各个角度提出促进成年残障者转化学习的策略,从而使他们能够通过转化学习更好地实现社会融入。
[Abstract]:Transformative learning refers to the key events of stimulation, make learners cognitive structure conflict, to active thinking, analysis and exchange, so as to obtain a new world outlook, outlook on life and values, eventually put into practice in order to complete the transformation of the learning process. The adult disabled is a special group in society, they due to congenital or acquired causes of partial loss or complete loss of basic life skills, can not fully protect themselves very well to adapt to social life. With the development of inclusive education, the adult disabled social integration disorder is still very prominent, the conversion of learning is to promote the adult disabled social integration in the process of an important form of learning. By triggering key events the original meaning of the structure so that they have been hit, in effect, change their cognitive style and the original state of life, in order to better integrate into society. Taking into the disabled for years As the research object, using literature research method, interview method and case analysis method, attempts to study the social integration in the process of learning for the adult disabled transformation based on quality. The second chapter mainly introduces the theoretical basis of this paper, mainly discusses the theory of social integration and transformation of learning theory, in addition, some important concepts in this thesis are defined. In the fourth chapter, according to the real case of the adult disabled, from the learning stage, characteristics, obstacles, etc. results the dimensions of the adult disabled in the process of social integration Deep analysis of transformative learning, summed up the common characteristics of the adult disabled transformation study. The fifth chapter from the adult disabled person, training institutions, work units, each angle of family and society put forward to promote the adult disabled transformation of learning strategies, so that they can learn better through the transformation to achieve social integration.
