联通主义视域下成人在线自主学习导学策略研究

【摘要】：成人在线自主学习所具有的社会性、成人化、自主性,决定了其导学方式不同于以往的课堂导学。文章基于归纳法和演绎法,通过对联通主义学习理论的解读,分析成人在线自主学习主体的角色(交换者、吸收者和分享者)定位;并结合成人认知风格,划分成人在线自主学习维度;创设基于新手—专家(学习层次)维度与良构领域知识—非良构领域知识(学习领域)维度的成人在线自主学习场景,构建基于搜索资源(搜索节点)、联接资源(创建网络)、应用与评价资源(模式识别)的成人在线自主学习实施步骤;最后结合上述研究内容进行多维度分析,并提出对应不同学习场景的个性化导学策略,以期提升其在线自主学习效果。
[Abstract]:Adult online autonomous learning has the characteristics of sociality, adult and autonomy, which determines that the way of learning guidance is different from the previous classroom instruction.Based on inductive and deductive methods, this paper analyzes the role of adult online autonomous learning subjects (exchangers, absorbers and sharers), and combines adult cognitive style with the interpretation of Unicom learning theory.Divide adult online autonomous learning dimension, create adult online autonomous learning scene based on novice-expert (learning level) dimension and good-structured domain knowledge-non-good domain knowledge (learning domain) dimension.The implementation steps of adult online autonomous learning based on search resource (search node), link resource (create network, application and evaluation resource (pattern recognition)) are constructed. Finally, the multi-dimensional analysis is carried out based on the above research content.In order to improve the effect of online autonomous learning, individualized learning strategies corresponding to different learning scenes are put forward.
