成都市青羊区特教学校开展“特奥幼儿运动员计划”现状调查研究

【摘要】:“特奥幼儿运动员计划”是一项集互动游戏、歌曲和其他游戏项目为一体的适合于2-7岁智力障碍儿童的创新性体育游戏项目。该计划是国际特殊奥林匹克委员会为了帮助与支持智力障碍人士参与特奥运动,促进社会对智力障碍人士的理解与尊重,促进智力障碍人士康复,推进智力障碍人士家庭的和睦、社会的和谐进步,而专门设计的一系列“特奥非体育项目”之一。近年来,随着国家和社会对残疾人关注度的提升,我国特奥运动和特奥非体育项目发展迅速,推动了我国特奥事业的蓬勃发展。成都市青羊区特教学校是四川省、成都市特奥训练基地,该校特奥运动和特奥非体育项目的发展水平处于省内乃至西南地区领先水平。该校开展“特奥幼儿运动员计划”的成效突出,将国际特殊奥林匹克委员会的8周12小时的训练指南,根据该校情况调整为贯穿一学期4个月18周27小时的活动计划,其开展组织形式受到国际特奥林匹克委员会总部及国际特殊奥林匹克东亚区的高度评价。在此背景下,对该校开展“特奥幼儿运动员计划”现状进行实地调查研究,深入分析其开展的组织形式,归纳其开展的基本经验并分析存在的困难,为更好地开展和推广“特奥幼儿运动员计划”提出可行性建议,是有必要的,也具有一定的现实意义。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实地调查法、数理统计法,以该校开展“特奥幼儿运动员计划”现状为研究对象,研究得出结论:(1)校长带头践行博爱精神,引领教师及家长积极参与活动。(2)开展活动总时间超过指南近50%,活动开展有声有色更有效。(3)邀请特校毕业生返校参与活动,家长和特奥幼儿得到有效激励。(4)“为你,千千万万遍”的核心理念,在活动开展中得到有效实施。(5)将政府、社区、学校及家庭等资源进行有效整合,为活动提供基本保障。(6)大学生志愿者与特奥幼儿以“3:1”的形式结伴,有利于彼此信任及合作。根据该校开展“特奥幼儿运动员计划”的基本经验和存在的困难,提出以下建议:(1)建议推广该校采用总时间超过指南近50%的有效措施和基本经验。(2)建议开设特奥幼儿家长培训班,组织家长学习提高认知水平。(3)建议呼吁企业和社会力量投身公益事业,履行应尽的社会责任。(4)建议用好微信及微博等自媒体平台加强宣传,推广博爱和志愿服务精神。
[Abstract]:The Teo Infant athletes Program is an innovative sports game for children with mental disabilities aged 2 to 7 that integrates interactive games, songs and other games. The International Special Olympic Committee aims to help and support the participation of the mentally handicapped in the Special Olympics campaign, to promote social understanding and respect for the mentally handicapped, and to promote the rehabilitation of the mentally handicapped. Promote the family harmony of the mentally handicapped, social harmony and progress, and specially designed a series of "special Olympic sports". In recent years, with the increasing attention of the country and society to the disabled, the special Olympic sports and the special Olympic non-sports events in our country have developed rapidly, which has promoted the vigorous development of the special Olympics in our country. The special education school of Qingyang District of Chengdu is Sichuan Province, Chengdu Special Olympics training Base. The development level of special Olympic sports and special Olympic non-sports events in this school is in the leading level in the province and even in southwest China. The school's "Special Olympic early Childhood athletes Program" has been highly effective. The International Special Olympic Committee's 8-week 12-hour training guide has been adjusted to a four-month, 18-week, 27-hour programme of activities throughout the school term, according to the conditions of the school. Its organization form is highly appraised by the headquarters of the International Special Olympic Committee and the East Asia region of the International Special Olympics. Under this background, the paper makes a field investigation on the present situation of the "Special Olympic early Childhood athletes Program", deeply analyzes its organizational form, sums up its basic experience and analyzes the difficulties. It is necessary and practical to put forward some feasible suggestions for developing and popularizing the "Special Olympic Young Child athletes Plan". In this paper, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, field investigation, mathematical statistics, and taking the present situation of the "Special Olympic athletes Program" as the research object, the author draws a conclusion that the principal takes the lead in practicing the spirit of fraternity. Lead teachers and parents to actively participate in activity. 2) the total time of the activity is nearly 50% longer than the guide. The activity is more effective. It is more effective.
