美国特殊教育联邦公共财政投入研究

【摘要】：特殊教育公共财政投入是办好特殊教育的重要先决条件,本文通过文献法等对美国联邦政府2012-2016年度的特殊教育公共财政投入情况进行了深入分析,在了解美国联邦特教财政投入的政策历史和发展的基础上,分析了目前美国联邦特教财政投入的基本情况,包括规模和数量、投入领域等,并举例讨论了美国联邦财政投入的监控和质量评估指标,以及相应的特征和发展,最后基于我国现状提出了相应的启示和建议。
[Abstract]:The public financial investment in special education is an important prerequisite for the success of special education. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the public financial investment in special education of the United States federal government in 2012-2016 by means of the literature method. On the basis of understanding the policy history and development of the federal special education financial investment in the United States, this paper analyzes the basic situation of the federal special education financial investment in the United States at present, including the scale and quantity, the investment field, and so on. Some examples are given to discuss the monitoring and quality evaluation index of the federal financial investment in the United States, as well as the corresponding characteristics and development. Finally, based on the present situation of our country, the corresponding enlightenment and suggestions are put forward.
