TPCK理论框架下成人教育教师能力培养机制研究——基于信息化语境

【摘要】：信息化教学环境对成人教育提出了新的要求。将TPCK理论模型应用于成人教育发展可形成新的启示与指导作用。本文在分析TPCK模型架构和本质内涵的基础上,对信息化语境下成人教育教师能力培养进行了探索,从而构建了TPCK理论下的教师能力培养体系,以期对成人教育可持续发展提供有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Information teaching environment puts forward new requirements for adult education. Applying the TPCK theory model to the development of adult education can provide new enlightenment and guidance. On the basis of analyzing the structure and essential connotation of TPCK model, this paper probes into the cultivation of adult education teachers' ability in the context of information technology, and then constructs the training system of teachers' ability based on TPCK theory. In order to provide useful reference for the sustainable development of adult education.
