美国成人教育教师培训经验的借鉴意义

【摘要】：纵观美国高质量的成人教育,这与其完善的教育教师培训体系是分不开的。美国成人教育教师培训提高了成人教育教师的教育能力,有利于成人教育教师的专业化。文章从美国成人教育的发展及呈现的特点入手,了解美国成人教育教师培训的政策及特色,进一步阐释美国成人教育教师培训的经验对我国的借鉴意义,启示我国的教师教育培训,有利于我国教师教育专业能力的提升。
[Abstract]:Throughout the high-quality adult education in the United States, this is inseparable from its perfect educational teacher training system. American adult education teacher training improves adult education teachers' educational ability and helps to professionalize adult education teachers. Starting with the development and characteristics of adult education in the United States, this paper explores the policy and characteristics of teacher training in adult education in the United States, and further explains the significance of the experience of teacher training in adult education in the United States for reference to our country. Enlighten the teacher education and training in our country, is advantageous to our country teacher education specialized ability enhancement.
