成都市社区教育教师队伍建设研究

【摘要】:我国在构建终身教育体系和建设学习型社会的进程中,社区教育作为终身教育的重要组成部分,正发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。社区教师的存在,是社区教育发展的主体和必要条件。社区教育的发展离不开高素质、专业化的社区教育教师队伍。因此,对社区教育教师队伍建设的研究具有十分重要的意义。目前,学术界对社区教育教师群体的研究还比较薄弱,且区域性明显,主要集中在东部发达地区,而对于西部城市的研究还十分缺乏。近来年,成都市的社区教育虽有了一定的发展,但由于历史的一些原因,其社区教育教师队伍的发展仍存在不少问题。本文以“成都市社区教育教师队伍建设”为研究对象,通过分析成都市社区教育教师队伍发展现状,提出推进社区教育教师队伍建设的有效措施。这在一定程度上丰富了社区教育的理论,同时也给社区教育教师队伍建设实践提供了相关指导。本文采用文献法、问卷调查法及访谈法等研究方法对成都市社区教育教师队伍整体发展现状进行分析。在对成都市社区教育教师队伍现状多维度分析的基础上,总结出了教师队伍存在的总量不足、性别比例失调、流动性大、学历层次偏低,教师的专业素质不高、福利待遇低、考评制度不完善、培训体制不健全等问题。在综合运用教师专业发展理论和成人教育理论的基础上,对上述问题的原因进行了疏理。并从出台社区教育教师相关法律、提高教师社会认同感、培养社区教育专业化人才、提高社区教育教师的专业素养、改善社区教育教师经济待遇、完善社区教育教师管理制度、丰富社区教育教师评价机制、加强社区教育教师培训力度等方面提出了针对社区教育教师队伍建设的有效举措。
[Abstract]:Community education, as an important part of lifelong education, is playing a more and more important role in the process of constructing life-long education system and building a learning-oriented society. The existence of community teachers is the main and necessary condition for the development of community education. The development of community education can not be separated from high-quality, professional community education teachers. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the construction of community education teachers. At present, the academic research on community education teachers group is still relatively weak, and the region is obvious, mainly concentrated in the eastern developed areas, but the study of western cities is still very scarce. In recent years, although community education in Chengdu has developed to a certain extent, there are still many problems in the development of community education teachers in Chengdu due to some historical reasons. This article takes "Chengdu community education teacher troop construction" as the research object, through the analysis Chengdu community education teacher troop development present situation, proposed the effective measure to promote the community education teacher troop construction. To some extent, it enriches the theory of community education and provides relevant guidance for the construction of community education teachers. This paper analyzes the present situation of community education teachers in Chengdu by the methods of literature, questionnaire and interview. On the basis of the multi-dimensional analysis of the present situation of teachers in community education in Chengdu, it is concluded that the total amount of teachers is insufficient, the sex ratio is out of balance, the mobility is large, the level of academic qualifications is low, the professional quality of teachers is not high, and the welfare treatment is low. The appraisal system is not perfect, the training system is not perfect and so on. On the basis of comprehensive application of teachers' professional development theory and adult education theory, the causes of these problems are dealt with. And from the introduction of community education teachers related laws, improve teachers' social identity, train community education professionals, improve the professional literacy of community education teachers, improve the economic treatment of community education teachers, improve the management system of community education teachers. To enrich the evaluation mechanism of community education teachers and to strengthen the strength of community education teachers' training, this paper puts forward some effective measures for the construction of community education teachers.
