城市社区青少年思想政治教育实效性研究

【摘要】：社区是城市的一部分,是党政机关和人民政府联系老百姓的纽带,是城市居民生活发展的场所。青少年阶段是一个人一生当中相当重要的阶段,是一个人的智力发育接近成熟的期间,更是一个人的思维、德行养成的重要阶段。都市社区青少年德行品质教育是培养年轻人养成良好的道德品行的重要手段,它是除了教育部门等其它机构德育和家庭教化之外促使年轻人造就优良的思维、德行素质的有效途径。面对我国各项事业的改革发展,社区教育问题引起了学者们的广泛关注,然而,城市社区的青少年思想政治教育问题尚处于摸索阶段,值得研究。特别是都市社区的青年人思想修养和道德教化教育效果往往差强人意,更值得进行全面探究。都市青少年品德教化和德行养成教育的效果是指在都市社区当中,青年人的思想德行培育的切实效用。即都市小区、街道的工作机构、学校等机构或群体等以特定的思想观点、政治概念、品德范式等对都市小区和街道办的青少年实施的有规划、有程序性的影响,让这些元素构成贴合特定的时期所提倡的公民德行修养的一种社会实践行为。此次研究将以研究德行修养教育实效性为根本,对都市社区的青少年德行修养教育的实际效果进行深入的调查探究,并且努力发现、分析遇到的疑难,为化解疑难提供建议,为提升我国青少年德行修养水平教育的实际效果提供参考。
[Abstract]:The community is a part of the city, the link between the Party and government and the people's government, and the place where the urban residents live and develop. The adolescence stage is a very important stage in a person's life, is a person's intellectual development near the mature period, is a person's thought, the moral development important stage. The moral quality education of teenagers in urban communities is an important means to train young people to develop good moral conduct. It is an important means for young people to cultivate good thinking besides other institutions such as education departments and other institutions, such as moral education and family education. The effective way of moral quality. In the face of the reform and development of various undertakings in our country, the problem of community education has aroused the widespread concern of scholars. However, the problem of ideological and political education of teenagers in urban communities is still in a groping stage, which is worth studying. Especially, the effect of ideological cultivation and moral education in urban communities is often unsatisfactory, and it is worth exploring comprehensively. The effect of moral education and moral cultivation of urban youth refers to the practical effect of moral cultivation of young people in urban communities. That is, the planned and procedural impact of urban residential areas, street work agencies, schools, and other institutions or groups on the implementation of urban district and street youth by specific ideas, political concepts, moral paradigms, etc. Let these elements form a social practice that fits in with the civic morality advocated in a particular period. This study will be based on the study of the actual effect of moral cultivation education for young people in urban communities, and will make an in-depth investigation into the actual effects of moral cultivation education among young people in urban communities, and will make efforts to find out the difficulties encountered and provide suggestions for resolving them. It provides reference for improving the actual effect of moral cultivation level education of teenagers in our country.
