【摘要】：本文以中国惠普大学为例,阐述了该企业大学依托惠普全球教育培训体系,扎根中国30年,一直以"通过提供专业的全方位的学习与咨询解决方案,引领国际先进理念,分享惠普最佳实践,致力于企业组织和人才能力提升,帮助企业创造优异价值,实现持续成长"为使命。作为行业领导者,中国惠普大学不断引领中国企业成功的管理哲学与实践,该组织通过传播惠普之道,通过凝聚总结管理精华,成就惠普大学的卓越品牌;同时,帮助个人在职业和人生道路上不断成长,帮助企业及社会培养高端人才。中国惠普大学经过30年的发展,形成了六大教育服务体系,即惠普商学院、惠普质量管理学院、惠普IT管理学院、惠普IT技术学院、惠普服务外包学院和惠普网络教育学院,在不同专业领域都居于行业领先位置。
[Abstract]:Taking Hewlett-Packard University of China as an example, this paper expounds that the enterprise university, relying on Hewlett-Packard 's global education and training system, has been taking root in China for 30 years. Share HP best practices, focus on organizational and talent development, help companies create value and achieve sustainable growth. As an industry leader, Hewlett-Packard University of China has been leading the successful management philosophy and practice of Chinese enterprises. To help individuals grow in their career and life paths, and to help enterprises and society cultivate high-end talents. After 30 years of development, Hewlett-Packard University in China has formed six major educational service systems, namely, Hewlett-Packard Business School, Hewlett-Packard School of quality Management, Hewlett-Packard School of IT Management, Hewlett-Packard Institute of IT Technology, Hewlett-Pack@@ In different professional areas are in the leading position in the industry.
