【摘要】：成人继续教育"学分银行"模式的推行需要构建学习成果互认和转换的新型学籍管理体制,需要从国家制度角度进行学籍协同管理的"顶层设计",其设计思路应为:宏观层面的立法建制、建立科学合理的管理机构、构建灵活开放的服务体系、建立成熟运作的组织系统、实施高效有力的协同机制。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the "Credit Bank" model of adult continuing education requires the establishment of a new management system of student status, which recognizes and converts the learning results. The "top-level design" of cooperative management of student status should be carried out from the angle of national system, and its design ideas should be: macroscopic legislative establishment, establishment of scientific and reasonable management organization, construction of flexible and open service system, Set up a mature organization system and implement an efficient and effective cooperative mechanism.
