民办高校自考助学学生的群体心理引导——社会互动论的视角

【摘要】：高校扩招政策实施以后,民办自考助学形式逐渐成为自考教育的主要形式,使得自考教育具有组织化教学和管理的特征。但是社会对于自考助学学生的关注度与其现有规模不匹配,自考学生群体内部认同和自我期待偏低,他们的自我成就动力明显不足。针对江西省民办高校自考助学群体的社会问卷调查表明,自考助学群体的自我评价偏低、负面心理暗示偏多的现状与社会环境、群体影响和自我暗示这三种主要社会互动过程密切相关。要做好自考助学学生的管理工作,需要从政策法规、群体文化和个体心理调节三个方面入手,调整学生心态,增强自考助学学生工作的管理效率。对于自考助学群体的管理应着重帮助其克服消极的心理状态,实现群体积极向上的文化氛围。
[Abstract]:After the implementation of the policy of enrollment expansion in colleges and universities, the form of private self-study education has gradually become the main form of self-study education, which makes self-examination education have the characteristics of organized teaching and management. However, the social attention to self-study students does not match with their current scale. The self-examination students' internal identity and self-expectation are low, and their self-achievement motivation is obviously insufficient. A social questionnaire survey on the self-study group in private colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province shows that the self-evaluation of the self-study group is low and the negative psychological suggestion is on the side of the situation and the social environment. Group influence and self-suggestion are closely related to the three main social interaction processes. In order to do a good job in the management of self-study students, we should start with three aspects: policies and regulations, group culture and individual psychological adjustment, adjust students' mentality and enhance the management efficiency of self-study students' work. The management of the self-taught group should focus on helping them overcome the negative psychological state and realize the positive cultural atmosphere of the group.
