困境与策略:高等教育自学考试学分银行构建探析

【摘要】：高等教育自学考试作为我国国民教育体系的一个重要类别和组成部分,在理念和实践上与学分银行具有高度的契合性。目前,在高等教育自学考试学分银行探索中,存在着诸如顶层设计不完善、学分标准不统一、课程设置不合理和管理效率不高等困境。针对上述困境,本文提出推进学分银行相关法规建设、成立专门的学分银行机构、构建成果认证标准体系、完善课程体系立法、完善课程设置体系以及搭建信息化管理平台等举措,以期推动高等教育自学考试学分银行的构建与发展,为构建终身学习体系和建设学习型社会奠定基础。
[Abstract]:As an important category and component of China's national education system, the higher education self-study examination has a high consistency with the credit bank in concept and practice. At present, in the exploration of credit bank of higher education self-study examination, there are many difficulties such as imperfect top-level design, disunity of credit standard, unreasonable curriculum setting and low management efficiency. In view of the above difficulties, this paper proposes to promote the construction of relevant laws and regulations of credit banks, to set up specialized credit banking institutions, to establish a system of certification standards for achievements, and to perfect the legislation of the curriculum system. In order to promote the construction and development of the credit bank of self-study examination in higher education, the course setup system and the information management platform should be improved, which will lay the foundation for the construction of life-long learning system and the construction of a learning society.
