高校在继续教育体系中的主体性定位与对策探寻

【摘要】：改革开放后的30多年间,我国高校继续教育工作取得了令人瞩目的发展成就,其凭借先进的教学设备、高水平的教师队伍和雄厚的教育资源,为国家培养了大量能够满足社会主义现代化建设的高素质劳动者和各类专业人才。随着我国经济社会的转型和产业结构的变动和调整,高校继续教育应顺应改革,使其社会服务能力与国家发展需要始终相适应。从高校继续教育改革的定位和对策等方面入手,希望对完善我国高校继续教育体系有所裨益。
[Abstract]:In the more than 30 years since the reform and opening up, the continuing education in colleges and universities in our country has made remarkable achievements, with the help of advanced teaching equipment, high level teachers and abundant educational resources. For the country to train a large number of high-quality workers and all kinds of professionals who can meet the socialist modernization drive. With the transformation of economy and society and the change and adjustment of industrial structure, continuing education in colleges and universities should conform to the reform and make the ability of social service adapt to the needs of national development all the time. Starting with the orientation and countermeasures of the reform of continuing education in colleges and universities, it is hoped that it will be beneficial to the improvement of the system of continuing education in colleges and universities in China.
