民族教育政策与延边地区朝鲜族小学生择汉校问题研究

【摘要】:新中国成立以来,我国逐渐建立了符合国情的民族教育发展制度,在少数民族教育事业发展方面取得了丰硕的成果。我国朝鲜族十分重视教育,延边朝鲜族自治州(简称"延边州")作为全国唯一的朝鲜族区域自治的地区,素有"教育之乡"的美誉。多年来,在党和国家民族政策的关心和支持下,延边州民族教育事业得到优先发展,已经建立起了从幼儿园到高中,再到大学的比较完备的民族教育体系。但是,随着近些年来我国经济的快速发展,有越来越多的朝鲜族参与到全国各地的经济社会事业建设之中,朝鲜族家庭也逐渐意识到提高汉语水平的重要性,因此越来越多的家长将孩子送到汉族学校学习。朝鲜族小学生择汉校问题直接影响到朝鲜族语言文字的推广,不利于朝鲜族民族文化的传承和弘扬,对保护我国多民族文化优良传统起到了负面作用。延边州是我国朝鲜族民风民俗保护最为完好的地区,如果不能有效解决越来越多的朝鲜族小学生择汉校问题,延边州民族教育的发展优势将很快消失殆尽。由于目前对国内朝鲜族小学生"择汉校"问题的研究尚处于初步探索阶段,存在着研究成果相对零散、系统化成果缺失、相关概念界定不清等问题,所以对其研究具有十分的必要性。为了研究好延边州朝鲜族小学生择汉族问题,笔者选取了延吉、龙井、图们三个延边州所辖县级市中的10所汉族小学,对2013~2015年小学一年级朝鲜族学生所占比例进行了数据调查,归纳出朝鲜族小学生择汉校的特点,并在此基础上从增强民族意识、引导民族教育、优化资源配置、丰富办学形式等方面提出了合理化建议,以期改善朝鲜族小学校的生源流失、教师队伍建设等问题,这将有利于朝鲜族民族教育的深化和发展。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, China has gradually established a national education development system in accordance with the national conditions, and has achieved fruitful results in the development of minority education. Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture (referred to as Yanbian Prefecture), as the only autonomous region of Korean nationality in China, has the reputation of "the hometown of education". Over the years, with the care and support of the Party and the national policies, the ethnic education in Yanbian prefecture has been given priority, and a relatively complete national education system has been established from kindergarten to high school to university. However, with the rapid development of Chinese economy in recent years, more and more Korean ethnic groups are participating in the economic and social construction all over the country, and Korean families are gradually aware of the importance of improving the Chinese language level. As a result, more and more parents send their children to Han schools. The problem of selecting Han school for Korean pupils directly affects the promotion of Korean language and characters, is not conducive to the inheritance and development of Korean national culture, and plays a negative role in protecting the fine tradition of our country's multi-ethnic culture. Yanbian prefecture is the best protected area of Korean folk customs. If more and more Korean primary school students can not be solved effectively, the development advantage of Yanbian ethnic education will disappear quickly. At present, the research on the problem of selecting Han school for Korean primary school students in China is still in the initial stage of exploration. There are some problems such as relatively scattered research results, lack of systematic results, unclear definition of related concepts, etc. So it is necessary to study it. In order to study the problem of selecting Han nationality for Korean primary school students in Yanbian Prefecture, the author selected 10 Han schools in the county level cities under the jurisdiction of Yanji, Longjing and Tumen. This paper makes a data survey on the proportion of Korean students in the first grade of primary school from 2013 to 2015, sums up the characteristics of Korean primary school selection, and on this basis strengthens the national consciousness, guides the ethnic education, and optimizes the allocation of resources. Some reasonable suggestions are put forward in order to improve the loss of students and the construction of teachers in the primary schools of Korean nationality, which will be beneficial to the deepening and development of ethnic education of Korean nationality.
