新疆双语教学中的问题与对策研究

【摘要】:新疆双语教学的目的在于使受教育者掌握本民族的语言和汉语,,并能运用这两种语言来学习各种知识,增强受教育者对自身文化和他文化的认同与理解,增强民族自信心,并培养受教育者在不同文化间相互交流、共同发展的积极态度和跨文化的社会适应能力。新疆双语教学工作发展迅速,但新疆双语教学中存在问题不容小视,双语教学模式、教学适应性、双语课程设置、教材编写与使用及双语教师的素质水平、教学评价体制等方面存在问题,影响新疆双语教学质量。因此,对新疆双语教学存在问题进行研究具有现实的指导意义。 本文在参考相关文献后对国内外双语教学研究现状、研究进展进行了归纳、梳理、分析,编制了新疆双语教学中问题的调查问卷、访谈提纲,主要针对国家、新疆有关双语政策的落实情况、双语教学基本设施、双语教材与使用情况、双语师资水平及双语教学效果进行调查、分析,力求多角度、多侧面、多渠道掌握相关信息,发现当前新疆双语教学中存在以下问题:一是双语政策落实不够到位,教学目标不够明确;二是双语教师教学能力有待提高;三是双语教学氛围不浓;四是学生水平参差不齐;五是双语教学考评不够。 根据调查、分析结果,本文试着从新疆双语教学中存在问题层面出发,以现代教育教学理论为依据,构建出具有较强针对性和实效性的新疆双语教学问题的实施对策:一是切实贯彻落实政策,重在抓落实;二是加强师资队伍建设,提高教学能力;三是树立有效教学观;四是强化有效的教学管理;五是进行有效的教学评价;四是开展有效的教学反思。
[Abstract]:The purpose of bilingual teaching in Xinjiang is to enable the educatee to master the language and Chinese of his own nation, and to use these two languages to learn all kinds of knowledge, to enhance the identity and understanding of the educatee's own culture and other culture, and to enhance the national self-confidence. And cultivate the positive attitude of the educatee to communicate with each other in different cultures and the ability of cross-cultural social adaptation. The bilingual teaching work in Xinjiang has developed rapidly, but the problems in bilingual teaching in Xinjiang should not be ignored. The bilingual teaching mode, teaching adaptability, bilingual curriculum, the compilation and use of teaching materials and the quality of bilingual teachers should not be ignored. Problems in teaching evaluation system affect the quality of bilingual teaching in Xinjiang. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the problems of bilingual teaching in Xinjiang. After referring to the relevant literature, this paper summarizes, combs, analyzes and compiles the questionnaire and interview outline of the problems in bilingual teaching at home and abroad, mainly aimed at the country. The implementation of bilingual policies in Xinjiang, the basic facilities of bilingual teaching, the situation of bilingual teaching materials and use, the level of bilingual teachers and the effect of bilingual teaching are investigated and analyzed in order to grasp relevant information from various angles, sides and channels. It is found that the following problems exist in current bilingual teaching in Xinjiang: first, the implementation of bilingual policy is not enough, the teaching goal is not clear enough; second, the teaching ability of bilingual teachers needs to be improved; third, the atmosphere of bilingual teaching is not strong; Fifth, the evaluation of bilingual teaching is not enough. According to the results of investigation and analysis, this paper tries to proceed from the existing problems in bilingual teaching in Xinjiang, based on the modern educational and teaching theory. The implementation countermeasures of the bilingual teaching problems in Xinjiang with strong pertinence and effectiveness are as follows: one is to carry out the policy earnestly, the other is to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and improve the teaching ability, and the third is to set up an effective teaching concept. The fourth is to strengthen the effective teaching management, the fifth is to carry on the effective teaching evaluation, and the fourth is to carry out effective teaching reflection.
