自闭症谱系障碍儿童的早期筛查与诊断

【摘要】：自闭症谱系障碍儿童在社会互动与交流、语言与认知发展、重复性兴趣和行为等方面会有一些早期行为迹象。通过群体筛查、重点筛查和最终诊断等程序,借助适当的筛查与诊断工具,自闭症谱系障碍儿童在婴幼儿时期可以尽早得到诊断。自闭症谱系障碍儿童的早期筛查与诊断还存在诸多问题和挑战,早期监测程序的优化、评估工具的发展和专业人员的培训等是未来研究的重要课题。
[Abstract]:Children with autism spectrum disorders have some early behavioral signs in social interaction and communication, language and cognitive development, repetitive interest and behavior. Children with autism spectrum disorders can be diagnosed as early as possible in infancy through group screening, key screening and final diagnosis, and with appropriate screening and diagnostic tools. There are still many problems and challenges in the early screening and diagnosis of children with autism spectrum disorders. The optimization of early monitoring procedures, the development of evaluation tools and the training of professionals are important topics for future research.
