新市民融入城市的成人教育培训探析

【摘要】:当今世界发展必然趋势之一是城市化,现代城市发展必然要求市民素质不断提高。作为新市民的农村进城务工人员,其素质的高低成为决定市民素质的关键。面对新环境,新市民需要不断转变思想观念和行为方式,逐渐提高职业技能。成人教育作为终身教育的直接表现形态,在新市民教育培训中的重要性不可小觑。这就需要分析新市民城市归属感建构阻碍因素、新市民成人教育培训存在问题,探讨新市民成人教育培训策略。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is one of the inevitable trends in the development of the world today, and the development of modern cities must require the continuous improvement of the quality of citizens. As a new citizen, the quality of rural migrant workers has become the key to determine the quality of citizens. Facing the new environment, new citizens need to constantly change their ideas and behavior, and gradually improve their vocational skills. As a direct manifestation of lifelong education, adult education plays an important role in the education and training of new citizens. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the factors hindering the construction of the sense of belonging of the new citizens, the problems existing in the adult education training of the new citizens, and the strategies of adult education training for the new citizens.
