父母工作压力、协同教养和初中生问题行为的关系研究

【摘要】:初中生不仅经历着青春期的动荡不安,还面临着学习上的压力,这些因素都使得初中生频频出现问题行为。随着社会经济的高速发展,国内的双职工家庭越来也多,而工作压力感过高也会对父母的协同教养造成一定的影响。本研究将以双职工家庭为被试,探讨父母工作压力、协同教养和初中生问题行为的关系。研究一从成对数据的角度,深入的挖掘父母工作压力和协同教养之间的行动者效应和对象效应。本研究采用问卷法调查,收集了376个家庭(父亲-母亲-初中生)的数据,结果发现:(1)父亲工作压力感对于父亲协同教养的行动者效应显著;母亲工作压力感对于母亲协同教养的冲突维度行动者效应显著;父亲工作压力感对于配偶团结维度对象效应显著;母亲工作压力感对于配偶冲突维度的对象效应显著;(2)母亲工作压力感对自身团结维度造成的负面影响要大于父亲。研究二从协同教养生态模型入手,考察了双职工家庭父母的协同教养在父母工作压力和初中生问题行为之间是否承担着中介作用,结果发现:父母工作压力感对初中生问题行为的影响受到其协同教养的中介作用,其中父亲工作压力感完全通过其协同教养影响着孩子的行为。因此,在家庭生活中,我们不仅要对自己所承受的工作压力进行管理,以免影响到孩子的行为问题,还需要注意配偶所承受的压力对自身的影响,因为这些都会对初中生的成长和学习有一定的负面作用。虽然大部分家庭中,父亲的工作方面的压力要多于母亲,但如果能在与妻子在教养过程中注意多一些团结行为、少一些冲突行为,就可以有效减少对孩子不良行为的影响。
[Abstract]:Junior high school students not only experience the instability of adolescence, but also face the pressure of learning, these factors make junior high school students frequently appear problem behavior. With the rapid development of social economy, there are more and more dual-worker families in China, and the high sense of work stress will also have a certain impact on parents' cooperative upbringing. This study will explore the relationship between parents' work stress, cooperative upbringing and junior high school students' problem behavior. In the first study, from the point of view of pair data, the action effect and object effect between parents' working stress and collaborative upbringing were deeply explored. The data of 376 families (father, mother and junior high school students) were collected by questionnaire. The results showed that: (1) the effect of father's work stress on father's cooperative upbringing was significant; The effect of mother's work stress on mother's conflict dimension was significant, father's work pressure had significant effect on spouse's solidarity. The effect of working stress on spouse conflict dimension was significant; (2) the negative effect of mother work stress on self-solidarity dimension was greater than that of father. In the second study, starting from the ecological model of cooperative upbringing, we investigated whether the cooperative upbringing of parents of dual-worker families plays an intermediary role between parents' work pressure and junior high school students' problem behavior. The results showed that the influence of parents' work stress on junior high school students' problem behavior was mediated by their cooperative upbringing, in which the father's work stress completely influenced the children's behavior through their cooperative upbringing. Therefore, in our family life, we should not only manage the work stress we are under, so as not to affect the behavior of our children, but also pay attention to the impact of the stress on our spouse. Because these will have certain negative effects on the growth and learning of junior high school students. Although in most families, fathers have more stress at work than mothers, it can be effective to reduce the impact of bad behavior on children if they pay more attention to solidarity and less conflict in the upbringing process with their wives.
