社区教育专职教师工作场所学习研究
[Abstract]:With the increasing importance of community education, in June 2016, the Ministry of Education issued the opinions of nine departments, such as the Ministry of Education, on further promoting the development of community education, which is clearly pointed out in the development task of "enhancing the connotation of community education". To "improve the professional level of community educators." The essence of the development of community education is the development of human connotation. For community education, full-time teachers in community education are the key to its connotation. Therefore, this research takes the full-time teachers of community education as the research object, adopts the qualitative research method, enters the community education situation through the in-depth interview, the participatory observation and so on, and studies the work place learning process of the full-time teachers of the community education. The characteristics and influencing factors were studied, and on the basis of this, suggestions were put forward to promote their workplace learning from the perspectives of subject growth, community of practice and environmental construction, etc. In order to further explore the community education full-time teachers in the work practice of learning and growth. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, mainly introduces the background, origin, purpose and significance of the study; the second chapter is a literature review, after combing the relevant literature, Define the core concepts of "full-time teachers in community education", "workplace learning" and so on. Chapter III is the research design, mainly from the research content, analysis framework, Research methods and research process to the whole research ideas and research implementation have been combed; the fourth chapter is case presentation, the three full-time teachers of community education workplace learning for a preliminary story; the fifth chapter is cross-case analysis, This paper mainly analyzes the stage, connotation and suggestion of workplace learning of full-time teachers in community education, including its stage theme, work role, learning characteristics, learning process and influencing factors. Finally, the author summarizes, reviews and reflects on the whole research on how to promote the learning and growth of full-time teachers in community education.
