曾国藩家庭教育思想演变研究

【摘要】:曾国藩的教育思想与其所处的时代密切联系。他生于乱世,虽是文人出身,但为了国家的兴衰披甲上阵力挽狂澜,其思想随着自身与社会的变化而不断变化。曾国藩家庭教育的思想主要是以传统思想为根源,在吸取儒家、理学以及实学的基础下,同时从法家、墨家、道家中汲取精粹,是整个近代时期关于封建文化的大家;在此基础上他积极适应形势发展需要,认真学习西方国家理论,反对空谈之风,提倡经世致用的思想,大力倡导中学为本,以西学为用的思想。曾国藩在家庭教育方面的思想包含了大量传统文化精粹,其中不仅继承家族“书、蔬、鱼、猪,早、扫、考、宝”八字诀,同时含有传统儒家的“修身、治国、平天下”的教育思想,还有养生、锻炼之法的教育,更兼有男女平等的思想在里面,核心不是通过读书来当官,主要是期盼后辈通过读书能够明事理。对家中的男、女教育同等重视,给男生布置相关作业,给女生设定完整课程,经常对他们给予教育和指导、督促。本文着重对曾国藩家书的研读,对曾国藩家庭教育思想演变的基本脉络进行梳理分析,将曾国藩的家庭教育思想的演变分为四个时期:奋斗期、黄金期、转型期、沉寂期,并得出曾国藩家庭教育思想的延续性以及开放性的特点。针对当代家庭教育的问题,试图揭示曾国藩家庭教育思想的相关教育启示:第一,德行胜过才干;第二,身教胜过言传;第三,友爱相邻胜过人情冷漠;第四,与时俱进胜过固步自封。
[Abstract]:Zeng Guofan's educational thought is closely related to his time. He was born in troubled times, although he was a literati, but for the rise and fall of the country, his thoughts changed with the change of his own and society. The thought of Zeng Guofan's family education is mainly based on the traditional thought. On the basis of absorbing Confucianism, Neo-Confucianism and practical study, at the same time, he draws the essence from the Legalists, Mohism and Taoism, which is the whole modern period about the feudal culture. On this basis, he actively adapted to the needs of the development of the situation, conscientiously studied the theories of Western countries, opposed to the style of empty talk, advocated the idea of using the world and the world, and strongly advocated the idea of taking high school as the basis and taking western learning as the use. Zeng Guofan's thoughts on family education contain a great deal of traditional cultural essence, which not only inherits the family's "books, vegetables, fish, pigs, early, sweeping, examination, treasure", but also contains the traditional Confucian "self-cultivation, governing the country." The educational thought of "leveling the world", as well as the education of health preservation and training methods, also contains the idea of equality between men and women. The core is not to become an official through reading, but mainly to hope that later generations can understand the principles through reading. Pay equal attention to the education of men and women at home, assign related homework to boys, set complete courses for girls, and often give them education and guidance, supervision and supervision. This paper focuses on the study of Zeng Guofan's family letters, combs and analyzes the basic context of the evolution of Zeng Guofan's family education thought, and divides the evolution of Zeng Guofan's family education thought into four periods: struggle period, golden period, transition period, silence period, etc. And draw the Zeng Guofan family education thought continuity and open characteristic. In view of the problems of contemporary family education, this paper tries to reveal the relevant educational enlightenment of Zeng Guofan's family education thought: first, virtue is better than ability; second, personal education is better than words; third, fraternity is better than human indifference; fourth, Keeping pace with the times is better than staying on your feet.
