生态学视域下高校继续教育人才培养研究

【摘要】:在经济全球化、信息化时代的大背景下,知识已经成为社会发展的核心推动力,而人才作为知识的载体,需要不断更新自身的知识体系,提高专业技能,以满足个人学习需求和社会发展需要。高校继续教育致力于培养满足自身发展需求和符合行业发展要求的会学习的人才。本研究从生态学的视角对高校继续教育人才培养进行跨学科研究,在查阅大量文献资料和深入分析的基础上,以生态学理论和方法作为切入点来分析人才培养中的问题,在此基础上有针对性的提出生态学视域下高校继续教育人才培养的对策,希望能对解决高校继续教育人才培养中的问题有所启发。第一部分在对研究背景进行分析论述的基础上,从理论和实践两个方面分析了本研究的目的及意义。通过对国内外文献进行梳理,进一步明晰了本文的研究思路和方法,在借鉴相关理论研究的基础上有所创新。第二部分主要阐释了本研究的相关概念和理论基础。对生态学、教育生态学、继续教育人才培养、生态学视域下的高校继续教育人才培养概念进行界定,介绍了人力资本理论、生态位分离理论、可持续发展理论,为生态学视域下进行人才培养研究奠定了理论基础。第三部分从生态学角度对高校继续教育人才培养加以解析。以生态系统生态学作为研究的切入点,对高校继续教育生态系统进行概述,分析了构成高校继续教育人才培养生态环境的经济、社会、自然生态因子,在此基础上,研究了高校继续教育人才培养的生态原则,使高校继续教育人才培养能够保持内外环境平衡,实现共生发展。第四部分从生态学角度对高校继续教育人才培养现状和存在的问题进行分析。近年来高校继续教育人才培养的运行机制日趋完善,内容和形式上也逐渐丰富,然而随着市场经济的发展,人才培养的生态环境发生明显的变化,使得人才培养的内外环境失衡,高校继续教育人才培养存在诸如培养理念滞后,培养目标模糊、培养制度僵化、培养过程固化、培养评价体系的不健全等亟待解决的问题。第五部分以生态学理论为指导,针对我国高校继续教育人才培养在培养理念、目标、制度、过程、评价五个方面存在的问题,提出了改善高校继续教育人才培养的具体对策,以适应人才培养生态环境的发展,优化高校继续教育人才培养生态系统。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization and information age, knowledge has become the core driving force of social development. As a carrier of knowledge, talents need to constantly update their knowledge system and improve their professional skills. To meet individual learning needs and social development needs. Continuing education in colleges and universities is devoted to the cultivation of learning talents who meet their own development needs and meet the needs of industry development. This research carries on the interdisciplinary research from the ecology angle of view to the university continuing education talented person training, on the basis of consulting the massive literature data and the thorough analysis, takes ecology theory and the method as the breakthrough point to analyze the talented person training question. On this basis, the author puts forward the countermeasures of continuing education talents training in colleges and universities from the perspective of ecology, hoping that it will be helpful to solve the problems in continuing education talents training in colleges and universities. The first part analyzes the purpose and significance of this study from two aspects of theory and practice on the basis of analyzing and discussing the research background. Through combing the domestic and foreign literature, the author clarifies the research ideas and methods of this paper, and innovates on the basis of the relevant theoretical research. The second part mainly explains the related concepts and theoretical basis of this study. This paper defines the concepts of human capital theory, niche separation theory, sustainable development theory, and defines the concepts of ecology, education ecology, continuing education talent training, and continuing education talent training in colleges and universities from the perspective of ecology, and introduces the concept of human capital theory, niche separation theory and sustainable development theory. It lays a theoretical foundation for the study of talent training from the perspective of ecology. The third part analyzes the talent training of continuing education in colleges and universities from the angle of ecology. Taking ecosystem ecology as the starting point of research, this paper summarizes the ecological system of continuing education in colleges and universities, and analyzes the economic, social and natural ecological factors that constitute the cultivation of ecological environment for talents of continuing education in colleges and universities. This paper studies the ecological principle of talent training in continuing education in colleges and universities, so that it can keep the balance of internal and external environment and realize the symbiotic development. The fourth part analyzes the current situation and existing problems of continuing education talent training in colleges and universities from the angle of ecology. In recent years, the running mechanism of talents training in colleges and universities has become more and more perfect, and the contents and forms have been gradually enriched. However, with the development of market economy, the ecological environment of talent training has changed obviously. As a result of the imbalance of internal and external environment of talent training, there are some problems such as lagged training idea, vague training goal, rigid training system, solidified training process, imperfect training evaluation system and so on. The fifth part, under the guidance of ecological theory, aims at the problems existing in the cultivation of talents of continuing education in colleges and universities in our country in five aspects: the concept, the goal, the system, the process and the evaluation, and puts forward the concrete countermeasures to improve the cultivation of talents in continuing education in colleges and universities. In order to adapt to the development of the ecological environment of talent training, the ecological system of continuing education in colleges and universities should be optimized.
