我国成人教育学科建设的原则及策略

【摘要】：学科建设是我国成人教育从混沌走向澄明的必经之路,也是我国成人教育研究持久的热门话题。当前,我国成人教育学科建设虽然已经取得令人瞩目的成就,但仍需成人教育研究者做出持之以恒的努力。为促进我国成人教育学科建设,需要持守生态性、独立性、实践性、开放性和创新性原则,实施见微知著,睹始知终、古为今用,别立新宗、力求新法,另辟新径、目染足践,融扩新知、精意覃思,聚合释能策略。
[Abstract]:Discipline construction is the only way from chaos to clarity for adult education in China, and it is also a hot topic in the study of adult education in China. At present, although the subject construction of adult education in China has made remarkable achievements, it is still necessary for the researchers of adult education to make persistent efforts. In order to promote the discipline construction of adult education in our country, we need to adhere to the principles of ecology, independence, practicality, openness and innovation, and implement the principles of micro-knowledge, peek at the end of learning, use the past for the present, set up new schools of thought, strive for new laws, create new paths, and make full use of them. Melts and expands the new knowledge, the refined idea Qin Si, the polymerization release energy strategy.
