论成人教育学者的学科素养及其养成

【摘要】：学科素养是专业学者在本学科内所具备的专业素质及以此为基础所形成的专业性思维和专业性研究方法,学科素养决定着学科研究水平的高低以及对于学科实践所产生的实际意义。成人教育学因学科的年轻性和具体成人教育形式的复杂性,对成人教育学者的学科素养有一些不同于其他学科的特殊的要求,本文从成人教育的学科理解和理论自信、问题意识和研究态度、开放视野和成长能力、发现眼光和实践勇气、包容心态和执着精神等五个角度探讨了成人教育学者应有的、特殊的学科素养及其养成。
[Abstract]:The subject accomplishment is the professional quality which the specialized scholar has in this discipline and the specialized thinking and the specialized research method formed on the basis of it. Subject accomplishment determines the level of subject research and its practical significance for discipline practice. Due to the youth of the subject and the complexity of the specific form of adult education, adult education has some special requirements for the academic literacy of adult education scholars, which are different from other disciplines. From the five angles of problem consciousness and research attitude, open vision and growth ability, discovery vision and practical courage, tolerant mentality and persistent spirit, this paper probes into the special subject accomplishment and its cultivation of adult education scholars.
