现代成人远程开放教育的挑战与对策

【摘要】：互联网通信技术的普及与发展为人们的生活与学习提供了极大的便利,尤其是在我国成人高等教育的应用上发挥了重要的作用。但是,现代成人远程开放教育在发展过程中还面临着地位不高、资源不丰富、师资力量薄弱等问题。推动现代成人远程开放教育科学发展,要针对存在的问题,提供政策法规保障,建立多元化办学机制,对办学和教学资源进行整合,并加强师资建设,建立起与远程教育相适应的教学与管理模式。
[Abstract]:The popularization and development of Internet communication technology has provided great convenience for people's life and study, especially in the application of adult higher education in China. However, modern adult distance open education is still faced with problems such as low status, lack of resources, weak teachers and so on. In order to promote the scientific development of modern adult distance and open education, it is necessary to provide policies and regulations to guarantee the existing problems, to establish a diversified school running mechanism, to integrate running schools and teaching resources, and to strengthen the construction of teachers. To establish a teaching and management model suitable for distance education.
