农业现代化进程中农民工职业教育与培训

【摘要】:农业现代化是现代农村发展的首要问题。通过职业教育与培训使农民工转变成"新型职业农民",这是实现我国农业现代化的重要途径。农业现代化对"新型职业农民"综合能力素质提出了高要求,而发达国家农业现代化进程中对农民的职业教育与培训对我国农业现代化具有重要的借鉴意义。为此,通过实施"在农"、"为农"和"离农"职业教育,有利于有力地推进我国农业现代化的进程。
[Abstract]:Agricultural modernization is the primary problem of modern rural development. Through vocational education and training, migrant workers can be transformed into "new type of professional peasants", which is an important way to realize agricultural modernization in China. Agricultural modernization has put forward high requirements for the comprehensive ability and quality of "new type professional farmers", and the vocational education and training of farmers in the process of agricultural modernization in developed countries is of great significance for reference to the agricultural modernization of our country. Therefore, through carrying out vocational education of "in agriculture", "for agriculture" and "leaving agriculture", it is advantageous to push forward the process of agricultural modernization in our country.
