以评价引导双语教师继续教育

【摘要】：双语教育的效果直接影响民族教育的质量,甚至关系到民族地区的社会稳定和经济发展。双语教师在一定程度上决定了双语教育的效果,因此不断提高双语教师的知识素养和教学水平是民族地区教育领域常抓不懈的工作。文章对新疆双语教师继续教育进行思考,分析其不足,并提出以教师评价为导向,切实提高教师队伍建设。
[Abstract]:The effect of bilingual education directly affects the quality of ethnic education and even the social stability and economic development in ethnic areas. Bilingual teachers to a certain extent determine the effect of bilingual education, so it is a constant work to improve the knowledge literacy and teaching level of bilingual teachers in the field of education in minority areas. This paper thinks about the continuing education of bilingual teachers in Xinjiang, analyzes its shortcomings, and puts forward the idea of improving the construction of teachers' ranks by taking teacher evaluation as the guide.
