成人自我导向学习理论中教师角色的嬗变

【摘要】：自我导向学习是成人教育理论的重要组成部分,自诞生之日起就备受成人教育学者关注。进入新世纪以来,自我导向学习理论的内涵不断丰富,它不仅是学习者内在的认知过程,也包含很多具有时代特征的外在社会文化因素。在自我导向学习中,教师作为一种重要的人力资源因素,不仅是学习者学习过程中的促进者,也是信息资源获取的指导者、学习情境的创造者、习者批判思维养成的引路人。应厘清成人教师在不同模式下所具有的地位和作用,从而对全球化时代以信息技术为特征的自我导向学习理论中教师的角色进行新的阐释。
[Abstract]:Self-oriented learning is an important part of adult education theory. Since the beginning of the new century, the connotation of self-oriented learning theory has been enriched. It is not only the internal cognitive process of learners, but also contains many external social and cultural factors with the characteristics of the times. In self-directed learning, teachers, as an important human resource factor, are not only the promoters in the process of learners' learning, but also the guides for the acquisition of information resources, the creators of learning situations, and the guides for the development of critical thinking of learners. It is necessary to clarify the status and role of adult teachers in different models so as to give a new interpretation of the role of teachers in the self-directed learning theory characterized by information technology in the era of globalization.
