社区公民教育:公民教育与社区教育耦合的基础与条件

【摘要】：社区蕴含良好的社会伦理和社会生态环境,是体现人与自然、社会之间友善和谐关系的生活场所。作为社区教育与公民教育的交叠领域的重要形式,社区公民教育在内涵上既需要体现社区教育中培养公民为主体,在印记上又强烈地显示出公民教育在社区场域中实施的重要性。因此,在教育内容与形式、教育对象与组织等诸多方面都存在较多的契合。在公民教育思想体系影响和作用下,社区公民教育强调政府、市场、社会以及公民个体之间的合理渗透,实现教育整体行为的改善。这是促进公民教育和社区教育耦合的可能性的基础,以达到扩大公民政治参与的范畴,使追求平等、自由、正义和争取民主的观念逐渐转化为日常生活的关键方式。
[Abstract]:The community contains good social ethics and social ecological environment, which is the living place of the friendly and harmonious relationship between man and nature and society. As an important form of overlapping field of community education and civic education, the connotation of community civic education needs to embody the cultivation of citizens as the main body in community education. The imprint strongly shows the importance of civic education in community field. Therefore, there is much agreement in the content and form of education, educational object and organization. Under the influence and function of civic education thought system, community civic education emphasizes the reasonable infiltration among government, market, society and individual citizen, so as to improve the whole behavior of education. This is the basis of the possibility of promoting the coupling of civic education and community education in order to expand the scope of citizen's political participation and gradually transform the concept of equality, freedom, justice and democracy into a key way of daily life.
