网络情境下成人问题解决能力的培养

【摘要】:信息社会呼唤着具有高级思维和问题解决能力的创新型人才。时代在进步,科技在发展,网络情境下培养成人学习者的问题解决能力是时代的要求,也是成人学习者内心的渴求。目前,国内外学者并未关注网络情境与成人问题解决能力在内涵上的深层次关联,且在实践上对于非良构性问题的实践上并未做出过多解释。通过调查问卷和教师访谈发现,当前成人网络学习者问题解决能力的培养中还面临成人网络学习者缺乏学习动机等困境。本文旨在探索出成人问题解决能力的构成要素,并进行调查分析得到数据,总结成人网络学习者问题解决能力培养的问题产生的原因及解决策略。研究基于成人学习者和网络情境的特质,借鉴建构主义学习、问题教学以及符码等理论基础,试图构建有效培养成人网络学习者问题解决能力策略。全文包括以下部分:本研究首先论述了选题的背景和意义及目的,总结分析了国内外有关网络情境下成人问题解决能力的研究状况;对问题解决、问题解决学习、成人问题解决能力的概念进行了比对和界定;分析网络情境下成人问题解决能力的表现特征以及网络情境下成人问题解决能力结构及其影响因素;从成人学习现状着手,分析了成人在网络学习过程中不利于问题解决能力发展的原因以及成人网络学习者问题解决能力培养的困境。面临当前成人教学过程对问题解决能力培养的疏忽,成人教育应该改革,培养成人问题解决能力势在必行。因此,论文最后一部分提出了基于网络情境培养成人问题解决能力的策略。
[Abstract]:The information society calls for innovative talents with advanced thinking and problem-solving ability. The development of the times, the development of science and technology, and the cultivation of adult learners' problem-solving ability in the network context are the requirements of the times as well as the inner desires of adult learners. At present, scholars at home and abroad have not paid attention to the deep relationship between network situation and adult problem-solving ability in connotation, and have not made too much explanation to the practice of non-well-structured problem in practice. Through questionnaires and teacher interviews, it is found that adult online learners still face difficulties in developing their problem-solving ability, such as lack of learning motivation and so on. The purpose of this paper is to explore the constituent elements of adult problem-solving ability, to investigate and analyze the data, and to summarize the causes and strategies of adult online learners' problem-solving ability training. Based on the characteristics of adult learners and network situations, this paper attempts to construct effective strategies for cultivating adult online learners' problem-solving ability based on the theoretical basis of constructivism learning, problem teaching and coding. The full text includes the following parts: firstly, this study discusses the background, significance and purpose of the topic, summarizes and analyzes the research status of adult problem-solving ability in the network context, studies on problem-solving and problem-solving, and analyzes the research situation of adult problem-solving ability at home and abroad. The concept of adult problem-solving ability is compared and defined, the performance characteristics of adult problem-solving ability under the network situation and the structure of adult problem-solving ability and its influencing factors are analyzed. This paper analyzes the reasons why adults are not conducive to the development of problem-solving ability in the process of online learning and the dilemma of cultivating adult online learners' problem-solving ability. Faced with the neglect of the cultivation of problem-solving ability in the current adult teaching process, adult education should be reformed, and it is imperative to cultivate adult problem-solving ability. Therefore, in the last part of the paper, the strategy of cultivating adult problem-solving ability based on network situation is put forward.
