人口较少民族聚居地区教育救助的完善策略

【摘要】：通过实地调研,课题组发现人口较少民族聚居地区的教育救助工作存在着管理分散和救助力度不够等现实问题,而其中最大的问题是当地城乡教育资源的严重不均衡。基于此,提出了一系列的完善策略,诸如设立专门的贫困生资助工作管理中心、增加对农村教育事业的投入和充分利用非政府组织等,并重点探讨了人口较少民族聚居地区农村学校的师资队伍建设问题。
[Abstract]:Through on-the-spot investigation, the research group finds that there are some practical problems such as decentralized management and inadequate relief in the educational relief work in minority inhabited areas, and the biggest problem is the serious imbalance of educational resources between urban and rural areas. Management centers, increasing investment in rural education and making full use of non-governmental organizations, etc., have also focused on the construction of teaching staff in rural schools in areas where ethnic minorities are less populated.
