城镇化进程中农民工职业教育培训“提质增效”的策略

【摘要】：我国城镇化进程的推进引起了经济结构的调整和农村人口的转移,是一个国家在实现工业化、现代化过程中必须经历的社会变迁。从本质上看,城镇化就是农业人口转变为城镇人口。要促使农业人口真正融入城市生活,很重要的问题就是提高农民工的综合就业能力,即劳动力的职业教育培训问题。这对于中国的社会稳定和经济发展具有深刻的现实意义。因此,应对农民工职业教育培训现状进行分析,提出针对性建议,以达到"提质增效"的实施效果。
[Abstract]:The process of urbanization in China has brought about the adjustment of economic structure and the transfer of rural population. It is a social change that a country must experience in the process of industrialization and modernization. In essence, urbanization is the transformation of agricultural population into urban population. To promote the real integration of agricultural population into urban life, it is very important to improve the comprehensive employment ability of migrant workers, that is, the vocational education and training of labor force. This has profound practical significance for China's social stability and economic development. Therefore, the present situation of vocational education and training of migrant workers should be analyzed, and some suggestions should be put forward in order to achieve the effect of "improving quality and increasing efficiency".
