家庭资本理论视阈下父母学习对家庭生活质量的影响及其政策含义

【摘要】:随着工业化、信息化与城镇化进程的推进,我国家庭传统功能与家庭现代需求结构相对失衡,家庭功能出现弱化、外化及社会化等趋势。当社会对这种需求增长和变化的反应滞后,尤其是与之相适应的家庭政策应对迟缓时,家庭生活将面临诸多压力与风险。因此,推进以提高家庭社会适应能力与家庭生活质量为目的的父母学习与自我完善的研究,对于构建学习型家庭,实现家庭增能,促进家庭生活质量与社会和谐稳定具有积极的现实意义。本论文主要基于家庭资本理论,研究当前我国家庭中父母学习的发展状况,分析父母学习对家庭生活质量的影响,以此为基础提出促进与完善父母学习的相关制度与政策建议。首先,在大量文献阅读与分析基础上,梳理了父母学习、家庭生活质量及相关概念,并选择父母学习的一般理论及家庭资本理论、成人学习动机理论、终身教育理论、发展型家庭政策理论作为本研究的理论基石。其次,主要采用问卷调查法和访谈法,深入分析家庭资本与父母学习的关系、基于家庭资本的父母学习的一般特征、父母学习与家庭生活质量的关系特征及父母学习对家庭生活质量的影响。最后,在此基础上提出基于家庭资本理论的促进父母学习的制度与政策建议。研究发现,家庭经济、人力及社会资本对父母参与学习情况均存在显著性差异。父母学习表现为以家庭发展为中心、学习内容多样化、面临多重学习障碍等现代特征。不同家庭资本对于父母看待学习与家庭生活质量关系感知有差异,具体表现为来自发达城市、受教育水平较高、从事知识或技术密集型职业、收入较高类型的父母更看重学习对家庭生活质量的提升功能。研究通过父母学习对家庭生活质量影响的相关分析,表明父母学习需求与家庭生活质量满意度呈显著性正相关;由基于家庭资本的父母学习对家庭生活质量满意度影响的多元回归分析发现,在家庭资本中,预测家庭生活质量满意度的变量有下列特性:经济发达区域,具备政治面貌身份,从事知识或技术型职业,完整的家庭结构。在父母学习内容需求上,“个人兴趣与技能”方面的学习内容更能够预测家庭生活质量满意度。基于以上实证分析,促进父母学习的相关家庭政策供给,应从增加家庭经济、人力及社会资本的存量出发,如制定带薪教育假制度、发放教育培训券、创办企业大学、开发多元化学习资源、建构开放式互助网络体系、拓展社区学习中心等。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrialization, informatization and urbanization, the traditional function of family and the structure of modern family demand in China are relatively unbalanced, and the family function is weakened, externalized and socialized. When the society's response to this kind of demand growth and change lags behind, especially when the corresponding family policy is slow to deal with, family life will face many pressures and risks. Therefore, to promote the study of parents' learning and self-improvement aimed at improving their ability to adapt to the society and improve the quality of family life, to build a learning family and to achieve family empowerment, It is of positive practical significance to promote the quality of family life and social harmony and stability. Based on the theory of family capital, this paper studies the development of parental learning in Chinese families, analyzes the influence of parental learning on the quality of family life, and puts forward the relevant system and policy suggestions to promote and perfect parental learning. First of all, on the basis of reading and analyzing a lot of literature, this paper combs the parents' study, the quality of family life and related concepts, and chooses the general theory of parents' study, the theory of family capital, the theory of adult learning motivation, the theory of lifelong education. The theory of developmental family policy is the theoretical foundation of this study. Secondly, the relationship between family capital and parents' learning is deeply analyzed by questionnaire and interview, and the general characteristics of parents' learning based on family capital are analyzed. The relationship between parental learning and quality of family life and the influence of parental learning on quality of family life. Finally, based on the family capital theory, the paper puts forward the system and policy recommendations to promote parents' learning. It is found that there are significant differences among family economy, human capital and social capital on parents' participation in learning. Parents' learning is characterized by family development, diversity of learning content and multiple learning disabilities. Different family capital has different perceptions of the relationship between parents' perception of learning and family quality of life, which is manifested by the fact that they come from developed cities, have a higher level of education, and engage in knowledge-intensive or technology-intensive occupations. Parents with higher incomes value learning to improve the quality of family life. Through the correlation analysis of parents' learning effect on the quality of family life, it shows that parents' learning needs are positively correlated with the satisfaction of family life quality. Based on the multiple regression analysis of the influence of parents' learning based on family capital on the satisfaction of family life quality, it is found that in family capital, the variables that predict the satisfaction of family life quality have the following characteristics: economically developed regions, with political status. Knowledge or technical occupation, complete family structure. On the demand of parents' learning content, personal interest and skill can predict the satisfaction of family life quality. Based on the above empirical analysis, the supply of relevant family policies to promote parental learning should be based on increasing the stock of family economy, human resources and social capital, such as establishing a system of paid educational leave, issuing education and training vouchers, and establishing a business university. Develop diversified learning resources, construct open mutual aid network system, expand community learning center, etc.
