【摘要】：就业形势的严峻,就业压力的扩大,尤其是高校毕业生的就业问题一直是学术研究者比较热衷的,因为就业一直受到各界的广泛关注。近年来,很多高等院校一直在扩大招生,使得每年向社会输入的人才越来越多。根据教育部门的统计,近十年来,我国新建地方本科院校的数量已经远远超过100所,虽然满足了社会对人才的需求,但因为新建地方本科院校一般都存在着办学理念、办学定位、师资队伍、学科设置、教育经费投入、管理体制等方面的问题,所以新建地方本科院校毕业生的就业问题是值得我们进行深入研究和探讨的。在理论研究中,参照英文资料我们先从国外的有关就业质量的研究中分析就业质量的研究情况,发现了就业质量的内涵;然后从国内的有关研究综述中,总结出新建地方本科院校存在着办学特色和办学定位问题。从不同的研究群体和不同的研究角度分析就业质量影响因素的研究情况,总结出个体自身的因素对就业质量的影响。实证研究主要分为两个部分,第一部分根据现实需要,从人力资本理论的角度出发,设计问卷,从学校和个人两个方面总结信息建立新建地方本科院校毕业生就业质量影响因素调查问卷。开放式问卷和调查研究相结合,依据新建地方本科院校存在的一些问题和新建地方本科院校教育条件下学生自身存在的问题,设计初始问卷,然后验证问卷的信效度。得出了就业质量的影响因素是复杂的,多层次,多维度的。第二部分我们对所得结果进行主成分分析以及初步应用问卷调查新建地方本科院校毕业生就业质量情况。研究的总结论我们确定了影响新建地方本科院校毕业生就业质量的六个因素,分别是品德心理、办学条件、自我认知与评价、实践能力、入职准备、专业技能。经过项目分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、信效度分析,结果表明本研究所编制的问卷达到心理测量学的要求。问卷的结构与我们提出的结构大致相同。此研究有利于我们对新建地方本科院校进行教育教学体制改革与提升,明确教育的发展方向,促进学校教学观念的确立,也有利于新建地方本科院校大学生在生活中进行合理的自我评价和定位,明确自身的发展目标和方向。
[Abstract]:The severe employment situation, the expansion of employment pressure, especially the employment of college graduates has been more enthusiastic by academic researchers, because employment has been widely concerned by all walks of life in recent years. Many colleges and universities have been expanding enrollment, so that more and more talents are imported into the society every year. According to the statistics of the education department, the number of newly established local undergraduate colleges in China has far exceeded 100 in the past ten years. Although meet the needs of the society for talent, but because the new local colleges and universities generally exist in the concept of running a school, school orientation, teachers, discipline settings, education funding, management system and other aspects of the problems. Therefore, the employment of graduates of newly established local colleges and universities is worthy of our in-depth study and discussion. In the theoretical study. Referring to the English data, we first analyze the research situation of employment quality from the study of employment quality abroad, and find out the connotation of employment quality; Then from the domestic research review. Summarizes the new local colleges and universities have the characteristics of running schools and the location of the problem. From different research groups and different research angles to analyze the factors affecting the quality of employment research. The empirical research is divided into two parts. The first part is based on the actual needs, from the perspective of human capital theory, design a questionnaire. From the two aspects of schools and individuals summarized the information to establish a new local undergraduate college graduates employment quality factors questionnaire, open questionnaire and the combination of investigation and research. According to the problems existing in the newly-built local undergraduate colleges and the problems of the students themselves under the conditions of education, the initial questionnaire is designed. Then verify the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. It is concluded that the factors affecting the quality of employment are complex and multi-level. In the second part, we carry out principal component analysis and preliminary application of questionnaire to investigate the employment quality of the graduates of newly established local colleges and universities. The six factors of employment quality of college graduates. Moral psychology, school conditions, self-cognition and evaluation, practical ability, entry preparation, professional skills. Through project analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis. The results show that the questionnaire developed by this study meets the requirements of psychometrics, and the structure of the questionnaire is approximately the same as that proposed by us. This study is beneficial to the reform of the education and teaching system of newly established local colleges and universities. Promotion. Making clear the developing direction of education and promoting the establishment of school teaching idea are also helpful for the students of newly-built local undergraduate colleges to carry out reasonable self-evaluation and orientation in their daily life and to clarify their own development goals and directions.
