河北省高等教育对经济增长贡献研究

【摘要】：高等教育与经济增长的关系一直受到国内外经济学家和教育经济学家的关注。特别是1999年我国开启高等教育大众化的进程后,学术界便开始了对二者更为深入的研究。但总结来看,这些研究多是基于全国的角度把握二者的关系,对省域间二者的关系研究比较少,并且多是与高等教育对经济增长的贡献率分开研究的,系统的研究较少。因此,本文针对河北省高等教育与经济增长关系问题和高等教育对经济增长贡献率进行分析和研究。本文主要进行了以下几个方面的研究工作:首先,在人力资本理论和经济增长理论的基础上描述了高等教育与经济增长的关系,并对河北省高等教育、经济增长和二者互动发展的现状做了深入探讨;其次,选取1990~2013年河北省高校在校生人数、高等教育经费支出、高校专任教师数和河北省地区生产总值作为衡量河北省高等教育与经济增长的指标,然后对这些指标的时间序列进行单位根检验,运用Johansen协整检验和VEC矢量误差修正模型,分析各序列之间长期均衡与短期波动的关系,然后再通过Granger因果关系检验、脉冲响应函数等方法研究其因果关系与动态影响过程;再次,以柯布-道格拉斯生产函数为基础,借助时间序列回归分析法得出河北省劳动弹性系数,并通过数据分析测算出1990~2013年河北省高等教育对经济增长的贡献率;最后,收集同时期全国、北京、天津、山西、辽宁和山东的数据,采用同样的方法估计出全国及其它周边部分省市高等教育对经济增长的贡献率,然后与河北省的数据进行对比,由此剖析导致河北省较低贡献率的具体原因,并提出提高河北省高等教育对经济增长贡献的对策。
[Abstract]:The relationship between higher education and economic growth has attracted many domestic and foreign economists and education economists attention. Especially on the popularization of higher education in China in 1999 after the process, the academic circles began to two more in-depth study. But overall, the research is mostly based on the perspective of the relationship between the two the study on the relationship between provinces, two less, and the rate of higher education is studied separately the contribution to economic growth and more systematic research less. Therefore, according to the Hebei province higher education and economic growth and the rate of higher education to analyze and study the contribution to economic growth. In this paper, the following research work: first, on the basis of the theory of human capital and economic growth theory describes the relationship between higher education and economic growth, and of higher education in Hebei Province, the Economic growth and the status of the two interactive development have been studied; secondly, selecting 1990~2013 students in Universities of Hebei Province, the number of higher education expenditure, the number of full-time teachers in Colleges and universities of Hebei province and GDP as a measure of higher education and economic growth index of Hebei Province, and then the time series of these indicators for unit root test using Johansen cointegration test and VEC vector error correction model, the relationship between the sequence analysis of the long term equilibrium and short term fluctuation, and then through the Granger causality test, impulse response function method to study the causal relationship and dynamic influence process; thirdly, based on Cobb Douglas production function as the basis, by means of time series regression analysis the method of elastic coefficient in Hebei province labor, and calculate the 1990~2013 of higher education in Hebei province and the contribution rate of economic growth through data analysis; finally, At the same time the collection, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanxi, Liaoning and Shandong, to estimate the national and other peripheral provinces higher education contribution rate to economic growth by using the same method, and then compared with the data of Hebei Province, thus to analyze the specific reasons for the low contribution rate of Hebei Province, and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the higher education contribution to economic growth in Hebei province.
