【摘要】：高校思想政治教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,是人才培养的重要保证。现代社会需要的人才不仅仅是具有坚实的理论基础和专业知识,还要有正确的学习动机、浓厚的学习兴趣、积极的学习热情、坚定的学习意志和完善的性格,这些往往都离不开非智力因素的参与。非智力因素的参与,不仅为思想政治教育注入新的活力,而且对大学生成长成才起着至关重要的作用。传统的教育更多的是关注大学生智力的开发和培养,忽视了对大学生性格、情感、意志的关注和引导,大学生非智力因素发展欠缺,这对于大学生的全面发展不利,思想政治的教育效果也会受到影响。本文从研究大学生思想政治教育中非智力因素的现状入手,通过对3所高校大学生的调查问卷并结合调研结果和数据统计,分析高校思想政治教育中大学生非智力因素培养存在的问题及原因,发现大学生非智力方面存在许多问题,如动机模糊、兴趣单一、情绪不稳定、意志力薄弱及人格缺失等等,这些都是对大学生的全面发展极为不利的。所以本文从大学生的动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格这几个方面,针对性的探索了培养大学生具体非智力因素的措施。同时理论结合实践,力图探索出高校思想政治教育对大学生非智力因素培养的方法,从理论层面到实践层面多角度研究,探索出积极的应对措施。总之,在信息高速发展的今天,培养社会主义现代化人才,必须在高校思想政治教育中融入非智力因素培养,不仅有利于大学生的全面发展,同时提高高校思想政治教育工作。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education is an important part of higher education, is an important guarantee for talent cultivation. The modern society needs not only has a solid theoretical foundation and professional knowledge, but also have the correct learning motivation, a strong interest in learning, learning enthusiasm, positive, strong learning will and perfect personality, these are often all cannot do without the participation of non intellectual factors. Non intellectual factors involved, not only to inject new vitality into the ideological and political education, but also for the growth of college students plays a vital role. The traditional education pays more attention to the development of college students and mental training, ignoring the emotional character of college students, and will focus on and guide college students, the lack of development of non intelligence factors, for the all-round development of college students, ideological and political education effect will be affected. This paper studies the ideological The present situation of non intellectual factors in the political education, through the questionnaire of college students in 3 universities and combined with the research results and statistical data, analysis of the ideological and political education of college students in the training of non intelligence factors, existing problems and the reasons, found that college students non intelligence aspects exist in many problems, such as fuzzy interest motivation, single, emotional instability the lack of willpower and personality, and so on, these are the overall development of college students is extremely unfavorable. So this paper from the college students' motivation, interest, emotion, will, character of these aspects, the cultivation of College Students' non intelligence factors of needle specific measures of exploration. At the same time the combination of theory and practice, tries to explore a method the ideological and political education of College Students' Non intelligence factors, study from theory to practice multi angle, explore a positive response. In short, in the information high With the rapid development of today's education, it is necessary to integrate non intellectual factors into Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, which is conducive not only to the all-round development of college students, but also to the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.
