【摘要】:目前,大家普遍认为教师教学质量在教育教学过程中具有举足轻重的地位,而学生的期末考试成绩是检验教师教学质量的方式之一。因此,通过期末考试试卷来评价教师的教学质量的高低是非常可行的。在本文中,首先使用Clementine软件对原始数据进行处理,由于公共课和专业课的课程性质不同,采取对公共课和专业课分别进行分析。由于样本量较大,使用Matlab软件计算出正态性、相关系数、均值和标准差四个指标对试卷的整体进行分析,将试卷的整体进行描述后,再利用SPSS软件建立模型,使用聚类分析和Logistic回归分析挖掘出影响试卷质量的因素。通过上述分析,并得出以下结论:(1)从相关管理部门角度来看,相关部门管理力度的不同,导致试卷质量高低不同;(2)从教师自身原因来看,教师的教学态度、教学水平、对学生的了解程度等因素的不同,导致期末试卷质量有所差异;(3)从学生原因来看,学生课上对知识点的掌握程度和课上的认真程度,课下复习的是否及时,都会影响期末试卷的成绩。针对反映出来的问题提出以下建议:(1)从相关管理部门来看,学院应加强对教师的管理,及时对教师备课的教案进行检查,相关领导随时抽查教师的上课状况;(2)从教师自身来看,教师在平时教学过程中要因材施教,制定出适合大多数学生的教学计划,课前做好备课工作,保持认真的教学态度,提高自身的教学组织能力和教学水平;(3)从学生方面来看,学生应保证出勤率,课上认真听讲,及时做笔记,课下及时复习,掌握课上老师讲的重点难点,提升自身的能力。
[Abstract]:At present, it is generally believed that the teaching quality of teachers plays an important role in the process of education and teaching, and the final examination results of students are one of the ways to test the teaching quality of teachers. It is very feasible to evaluate the teaching quality of teachers through the final examination papers. In this paper, we first use Clementine software to process the original data. Because of the different nature of the common course and the professional course, the common course and the professional class are analyzed separately. Because of the large sample size, the normality and correlation coefficient are calculated by using Matlab software. The mean value and standard deviation are used to analyze the whole test paper. After describing the whole test paper, the SPSS software is used to establish the model. Cluster analysis and Logistic regression analysis are used to find out the factors that affect the quality of the test paper. Through the above analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: 1) from the perspective of relevant management departments. The different management dynamics of relevant departments lead to different quality of test papers; (2) from the teacher's own reason, the teacher's teaching attitude, the teaching level, the student's understanding degree and so on factor difference, causes the final examination paper quality to have the difference; From the point of view of student reasons, the degree of students' mastery of knowledge points and the degree of seriousness in class, and whether it is timely to review them under the class. From the perspective of relevant management departments, the college should strengthen the management of teachers and timely check the teaching plan of teachers' preparation. Relevant leaders at any time spot check the teacher's class status; 2) from the teacher's own point of view, the teacher should teach according to his aptitude in the course of normal teaching, draw up the teaching plan suitable for most students, prepare lessons before class, and maintain a serious teaching attitude. Improve their own teaching organization ability and teaching level; From the point of view of students, students should ensure attendance, listen carefully in class, take notes in time, review in time after class, master the key points and difficulties of teachers in class, and improve their own ability.
