【摘要】：在人与人之间的社交关系上,友善是促使这种关系谐的基本美德。在当今社会,人与人的交往趋于频繁,友善这一基本美德更是体现出其重要性。如何养成高尚的友善品质,如何待人友善?就当今的大学生群体而言,这一问题仍然有待审视和明晰。我们力图从友善本身的内涵、友善之于人的道德意义等基本逻辑入手,去搞清楚友善之于今天的个人品德修养、于社会主义道德建设的价值,并把眼光投向今天的大学生,看看大学里的友善品质教育、大学生友善品质方面存在的不足,再加以分析和论证。笔者通过文献归纳、问卷调查等方法,对当代大学生友善品质状况进行了调查,之后通过分析调查数据,总结了这一群体友善品质问题的若干具体表现。当代大学生友善品质问题有这些表现:第一,友善的行使具有被动性;第二,友善行为和友善观念存在脱节;第三,对友善的内涵模糊不清。在总结了问题表现之后,笔者从三个方面分析了友善品质问题原因:个人方面,当代大学生学习友善的主动性不强、行使友善的意志力不强、并且未能充分理解友善的积极意义;学校方面,不仅缺少友善教育的实践环节、友善校园风气建设有缺失,并且也未能充分发挥教师的模范作用;社会及家庭方面,一方面由于法律法规不健全,社会上的不良风气对大学生友善品质有负面影响,另一方面家庭对大学生的友善品质教育也存在缺失。根据问卷调查的数据及分析得到的结论,结合学术界已有的相关理论成果,针对当代大学生友善品质问题的原因,笔者为当代大学生友善教育研究提出了对策:在课堂上,应以“深化友善教育理论”的方式,帮助学生攻克友善内涵理解模糊的问题并以“创立课堂实践活动”方式克服学生友善行使脱节的问题;在课堂下一方面要通过师德建设、互联网平台建设、校园校风建设三方面加强友善教育的时效性;最终在学生个人身上,要大力培养学生对友善的认同感以及主动学习友善、实践友善的能力。大学生友善品质教育意义重大,任重而道远,是一个长期而系统的过程,高校对大学生友善品质教育的研究,应该得到大力的支持和重视。
