【摘要】:在人与人之间的社交关系上,友善是促使这种关系谐的基本美德。在当今社会,人与人的交往趋于频繁,友善这一基本美德更是体现出其重要性。如何养成高尚的友善品质,如何待人友善?就当今的大学生群体而言,这一问题仍然有待审视和明晰。我们力图从友善本身的内涵、友善之于人的道德意义等基本逻辑入手,去搞清楚友善之于今天的个人品德修养、于社会主义道德建设的价值,并把眼光投向今天的大学生,看看大学里的友善品质教育、大学生友善品质方面存在的不足,再加以分析和论证。笔者通过文献归纳、问卷调查等方法,对当代大学生友善品质状况进行了调查,之后通过分析调查数据,总结了这一群体友善品质问题的若干具体表现。当代大学生友善品质问题有这些表现:第一,友善的行使具有被动性;第二,友善行为和友善观念存在脱节;第三,对友善的内涵模糊不清。在总结了问题表现之后,笔者从三个方面分析了友善品质问题原因:个人方面,当代大学生学习友善的主动性不强、行使友善的意志力不强、并且未能充分理解友善的积极意义;学校方面,不仅缺少友善教育的实践环节、友善校园风气建设有缺失,并且也未能充分发挥教师的模范作用;社会及家庭方面,一方面由于法律法规不健全,社会上的不良风气对大学生友善品质有负面影响,另一方面家庭对大学生的友善品质教育也存在缺失。根据问卷调查的数据及分析得到的结论,结合学术界已有的相关理论成果,针对当代大学生友善品质问题的原因,笔者为当代大学生友善教育研究提出了对策:在课堂上,应以“深化友善教育理论”的方式,帮助学生攻克友善内涵理解模糊的问题并以“创立课堂实践活动”方式克服学生友善行使脱节的问题;在课堂下一方面要通过师德建设、互联网平台建设、校园校风建设三方面加强友善教育的时效性;最终在学生个人身上,要大力培养学生对友善的认同感以及主动学习友善、实践友善的能力。大学生友善品质教育意义重大,任重而道远,是一个长期而系统的过程,高校对大学生友善品质教育的研究,应该得到大力的支持和重视。
[Abstract]:In interpersonal relationship, this relationship is to promote friendly basic virtue of harmonic. In today's society, people become more and more frequent, the basic virtue is kindness reflects its importance. How to develop friendly high quality, how friendly? Is the groups of college students, the the problem remains to be examined and clear. We try to from the connotation of kindness itself, the basic logic of friendly people's moral significance of figuring out in a friendly character today, the construction of socialist moral value, and look to the college students today, look at the friendly quality education of college, problems college students friendly quality. Further analysis and demonstration. The author summarized through literature, questionnaire survey method, conducted a survey of contemporary college students friendly quality, through the analysis of Check the data, summarizes some specific manifestations of this group of quality problems. Friendly friendly quality problems of contemporary college students have these features: first, the friendly exercise is passive; second, friendly behavior and friendly ideas are separated; third, the friendly connotation of vague. After summarizing the problems, the author analysis the reason friendly quality problems from three aspects: personal initiative, contemporary college students learning friendly is not strong, friendly exercise willpower is not strong, and could not fully understand the positive significance of friendly; the school, not only the lack of practice friendly education, construction of campus culture is the lack of friendly, and has failed to give full play to the exemplary role teachers; the family and society, on the one hand due to the imperfect laws and regulations, social atmosphere has a negative impact on College Students' friendly quality, on the other hand the big family Friendly quality education of students are missing. According to the survey data and analysis results, combined with the related theoretical achievements available in the academic field, the reason for the contemporary college students friendly quality problems, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures: friendly education of contemporary college students in the classroom, should be to "deepen friendly Education theory", to help students overcome the problem of fuzzy understanding of the connotation of friendly and to "create classroom practice" student friendly exercise way to overcome the disjointed problem; in the classroom next to the construction of teachers, the Internet platform construction, strengthen the timeliness of friendly education three aspects of the campus spirit construction; finally in the individual students who, to train students the friendly identity and active learning ability.
