【摘要】:纵观新中国精神文明建设历程,思想道德建设一直作为中心环节和首要任务,在党十八大报告中“道德”一词多次出现,并明确指出要“把立德树人”作为教育的根本任务,这充分彰显了党中央对道德教育问题的高度重视。当代大学生是实现“中国梦”的核心群体,是社会发展急需的精英人才,是建设与发展社会主义的主要力量,他们的道德素质的高低,决定了时代发展与精神格局。与此同时,随着经济全球化的深入拓展,跨文化交际日益频繁,各种文化相互融合,各种文化观念相互碰撞,文化多元化的发展趋势应运而生。多元文化的形成逐渐引起大学生思想和价值观念的碰撞和紊乱,不可避免地对大学生的道德发展带来消极影响,致使大学生在面临各种道德抉择时缺失了道德判别和道德选择的能力。大学生面临的道德困境问题,这不仅是高等院校要关注的价值问题,更是全社会难以回避的精神问题,本文充分考虑到这现实问题,针对多元文化背景下大学生道德困境的表现,分析了近年来大学生的道德困境的几个典型案例,同时,提出了具体的策略,期望解决大学生面对的道德困境。本文遵循“提出问题--分析问题--解决问题”的逻辑思路展开论述,通过搜索国内外研究现状,以唯物辩证法和历史唯物主义为基准,采用文献法、比较分析法、历史分析法法对文章进行阐述。本文主要从以下五个部分进行阐述,第一部分是绪论:首先简明扼要的阐述关于本论文研究选题的理论意义和现实意义以及研究方法,分层次地将多元文化下大学生道德困境的国内外研究现状进行梳理,最后指出本文的创新点和特色之处。第二部分界定了具体的概念:首先,界定了多元文化的概念、功能、特点;其次,界定了道德困境的概念与类型;最后分析了引发道德困境的因素,并将多元文化与大学生道德困境的关系进行简要阐述。第三部分主要是多元文化背景下大学生道德困境表现:本章首先解析了当代大学生在道德认知与道德行为之间的矛盾困境;其次是是立足道德活意志与道德情感之间的困境;再是大学生道德教育与道德需求的困境;最后是道德价值目标之间的混乱化与低俗化。第四部分分析当代我国大学生道德问题的原因:分别从大学生个人、家庭和学校教育、社会三个层面研究,深入解析了当代大学生道德产生问题的根源原因。第五部分主要提出了解决当代大学生道德困境的策略:从个人、学校、社会三个方面出发,在社会方面,建立良好的社会环境,为重塑大学生道德信仰奠定坚实的基础;在学校方面,强化大学生道德教育,全面提升这一群体的道德素养。针对大学生群体而言,旨在重塑大学生群体道德信念,全面提升其自我道德教育的能力。

At the same time, with the deepening of economic globalization, intercultural communication, cultural integration. All kinds of culture collide, emerged development trend of cultural diversity. The formation of multi culture gradually arouse students' ideas and values of the collision and disorder, The negative influence inevitably to the moral development of college students, the college students in the face of various moral choices when lack of moral judgment and moral choice ability. The ethical dilemmas faced by university students, this is not only the value of colleges and universities should pay attention to, but also the spirit of the whole society can not be avoided, we give full consideration to this problem according to the moral dilemma of college students, under the multicultural background, analyzes several typical cases, the moral dilemma of college students in recent years. At the same time, put forward specific strategies to resolve ethical dilemmas facing the expectations of college students. This paper follows the logic thinking of raising problems analyzing problems solving problems "are discussed, through the search at home and abroad study on the status quo, to dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the basis, using the method of literature, comparative analysis, historical analysis of law In this paper. The second part defines the concept of specific: firstly, defines the concept of multicultural function characteristics; secondly, defines the concept and types of moral dilemma; finally analyzes the factors causing the moral dilemma, and briefly expounds the relationship between multi culture and moral dilemma of college students. The third part is the moral dilemma of college culture background: this chapter first analyzes the performance of contemporary college students in the contradiction between moral cognition and moral behavior; the second is based on the moral activity Between history and moral dilemma; then is college students' moral education and Moral Demand Dilemma; finally the confusion between moral value goal and vulgarization. The fourth part analyzes the reasons of College Students' moral problems in contemporary China: students were from the personal, family and school education, society three aspects research, in-depth analysis of the causes the reasons of contemporary college students' moral problems. The fifth part puts forward the strategies of contemporary college students' moral dilemma: from individual, school, the three aspects of society, in the society, establish a good social environment, to lay a solid foundation for the remodeling of College Students' moral belief; in schools, strengthen the moral education of college students, to enhance the a group of moral literacy.
