【摘要】：每个时代都有属于自己的时代精神,时代精神博大精深,内容及其丰富和深刻。以改革创新为核心的“时代精神”作为社会主义核心价值体系的精髓之一,为我国现代化建设、民族复兴提供精神动力与智力支持。大学生肩负着民族复兴的历史使命,全面系统地研究大学生的“时代精神”培育,深入挖掘培育中存在的问题及原因,并提出解决对策,不仅是研究大学生“时代精神”培育的需要,更是建设创新型国家、培养创新型人才对思想政治教育者所提出的要求。论文通过文献分析法、调查法等方法,适应十三五规划期间对大学生思想政治教育工作的新思路及新要求,以发现问题、分析问题到解决问题的研究思路,研究大学生“时代精神”的培育问题。以“时代精神”的相关理论为基础,解读“时代精神”的核心内涵,并在此基础上分析“时代精神”的育人功能,充实大学生思想政治教育的内容。分析大学生“时代精神”培育中的“不断更新教育目标、丰富教育内容;实行民主教育方式;宣传‘时代精神’培育重要性”成就,把握大学生思想政治教育的时代特质。针对当前大学生的思想政治教育存在“偏重知识灌输、教育管理错位;改革创新活动参与度低;教育方法单一、教育方式存在偏差;不良思潮涌现”等问题,根据教育学、心理学的基本原理及内容,分析引起问题的“应试教育影响、缺乏创新氛围;认知存在偏差、缺乏质疑精神;过分注重成绩、政策激励舆论宣传不足”等原因,探讨当代大学生“时代精神”培育的有效措施。分别从学校、学生、家庭、社会四个不同视角,提出“深化教育教学改革,实施创新育人工程;紧扣时代任务,自觉涵养创新特质;转变教育观念,营造创新氛围;弘扬主流文化,增强改革认同”的培育对策。大学生的“时代精神”培育是培育时代新青年,提升大学生的改革创新能力的重要举措,是提升大学生整体素质的要求,也是大学生思想政治教育的重要内容之一。大学生“时代精神”培育能丰富大学生的思想政治教育内容,扩展大学生思想政治教育的空间,增强思想政治教育的针对性、时效性,有助于实现思想政治教育目标。

The "spirit of the times", with reform and innovation as the core, is one of the quintessence of the socialist core value system. To provide spiritual power and intellectual support for the modernization construction and national rejuvenation of our country. College students shoulder the historical mission of national rejuvenation, and comprehensively and systematically study the cultivation of the "spirit of the times" of college students. It is not only the need to study the cultivation of "the spirit of the times", but also the construction of an innovative country. The paper adopts the methods of literature analysis and investigation to meet the new ideas and requirements of ideological and political education for college students during the 13th Five-Year Plan. In order to find the problem, analyze the problem to solve the problem, study the cultivation of the college students'"spirit of the times". Based on the theory of "the spirit of the times" as the basis, interpret the core connotation of the "spirit of the times". On this basis, it analyzes the educational function of "the spirit of the times", enriches the contents of the ideological and political education of college students, and analyses the "constantly renewing the educational objectives and enriching the contents of the education" in the cultivation of the "spirit of the times" of college students. To carry out democratic education; Propagandizing the achievement of cultivating the importance of the spirit of the times, grasping the characteristics of the times of the ideological and political education of college students, aiming at the existence of the ideological and political education of the college students at present, the emphasis is on inculcating knowledge and misplacing the educational management; Low participation in reform and innovation activities; The method of education is single and there is deviation in the way of education; According to the basic principles and contents of pedagogy and psychology, this paper analyzes the influence of examination-oriented education, which is lack of innovative atmosphere; Cognitive bias, lack of questioning spirit; This paper discusses the effective measures to cultivate the "spirit of the times" of contemporary college students from four different perspectives: school, students, family and society. It is proposed that "deepen the reform of education and teaching and carry out the project of innovating and educating people;" Close to the task of the times, consciously cultivate innovative characteristics; Changing the concept of education and creating an innovative atmosphere; The cultivation of college students' spirit of the times is an important measure to cultivate the new youth of the times and to enhance the ability of reform and innovation of college students. It is the requirement of improving the overall quality of college students and one of the important contents of the ideological and political education of college students. The cultivation of college students'"spirit of the times" can enrich the contents of ideological and political education of college students. Expanding the space of college students' ideological and political education and strengthening the pertinence and timeliness of ideological and political education will help to realize the goal of ideological and political education.
