【摘要】：就业是人民改善生活的基本前提,大学生能否充分就业,不仅关系到我国高校所培养的大学生充分发挥作用,以自己所学服务社会,也关系经济的发展和社会的稳定。随着大学生数量持续上升,大学生就业难度不断增大,为此,大学生就业问题已成为社会各界普遍关注的话题。在社会主义新农村建设背景下,农村需要大量大学生人才,然而绝大多数大学生愿意在城市就业,导致一方面大学生就业困难,一方面农村缺少人才现象严重,现迫切需要树立新的理念,指导和服务大学生面向农村就业,适应经济发展需要,推进城乡经济社会协调发展。本论文以促进大学生面向农村就业为目的,对大学生农村就业背景、形式、规模进行分析,并通过对大学生农村就业意愿调查及现状调查,探讨大学生农村就业的特点及影响因素;并从国家、高校、大学生自身、社会方面提出具体建议对策。以大学生农村就业问题为主线,以增加大学生面向农村就业数量为核心,首先对就业背景以及现状进行研究,即通过调查法了解大学生农村就业意愿及现状,其目的是为研究大学生面向农村就业问题寻找事实依据。接着,借助大学生面向农村就业意愿及现状调查数据,对大学生农村就业意愿及现状进行了分析和探究。在大学生面向农村就业现状分析基础上,对大学生面向农村就业的特点展开研究,得出了一些有根据的结论:大学生面向农村就业的主要特点是规模小和流失率高,自主创业多。然后,通过影响因素分析,得出环境层面、文化层面、待遇层面、政策层面、个人层面的影响,最后,借鉴相关就业理论,有针对性地提出了促进大学生面向农村就业的对策。即政府要完善就业政策,重视政策的导向性,突出政策的激励性;大学需要引导农村就业观,引导学生基层就业,教育学生责任担当;大学生需提升就业能力,加强农村就业能力,增加农村创业能力,提高心理适用能力;同时社会促进大学生农村就业方面,确保农业的重视性,保障农村的投资性。
[Abstract]:Employment is the basic prerequisite for people to improve their lives. Whether college students can be fully employed is not only related to the full play of the role of the college students in our country, and serve the society with what they have learned. It is also related to the economic development and social stability. With the number of college students rising, the employment difficulty of college students is increasing. Under the background of the construction of new socialist countryside, a large number of college students are needed in the countryside. However, most of the college students are willing to get employment in the city. On the one hand, the employment of college students is difficult, on the other hand, there is a serious lack of talents in rural areas. It is urgent to set up a new concept to guide and serve college students to face the needs of rural employment and to meet the needs of economic development. To promote the coordinated development of urban and rural economy and society. This paper aims at promoting college students to face rural employment, and analyzes the background, form and scale of college students' rural employment. Through the investigation of college students' rural employment intention and current situation, the characteristics and influencing factors of college students' rural employment are discussed. And from the country, universities, college students themselves, social aspects of specific suggestions, with college students in rural employment as the main line, to increase the number of college students facing rural employment as the core. First of all, the background of employment and the current situation of the study, that is, through the investigation method to understand the desire and status of rural employment of college students, its purpose is to find a factual basis for the study of college students facing the problem of rural employment. With the help of the survey data of college students' rural employment intention and current situation, this paper analyzes and explores the current situation of college students' rural employment intention and current situation, which is based on the analysis of college students' rural employment situation. This paper studies the characteristics of college students facing rural employment, and draws some conclusions: the main characteristics of college students facing rural employment are small scale, high wastage rate, more independent entrepreneurship. Through the analysis of influencing factors, we can get the influence of environment, culture, treatment, policy and individual. Finally, we draw lessons from the relevant employment theory. The paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the college students' employment in rural areas, that is, the government should perfect the employment policy, attach importance to the orientation of the policy, and highlight the incentive of the policy; Universities need to guide the rural employment concept, guide students to obtain employment at the grass-roots level, and educate students to bear the responsibility; College students need to enhance their employability, strengthen their rural employability, increase their ability to start businesses in rural areas, and improve their ability to apply themselves psychologically. At the same time, the society promotes college students' rural employment, ensures the importance of agriculture and guarantees the rural investment.
