高校大学生创新创业工作研究

【摘要】：十八大以来,党的历次会议对高校创新创业工作的关注和支持力度不断提升。创新创业已经成为高校必须开展的一门课程。党的十八大提出要促进创业带动就业,加强职业技能培训,提升劳动者就业创业能力,并且对全党提出“倾听青年心声,鼓励青年成长,支持青年创业”的要求。在此背景之下,国家大力扶持高校创新创业教育,云南师范大学在学校很多领域做了此方面的尝试与创新,在学校同析一栋五楼,西区宿舍三栋一层,八栋地下室都建立了创新创业实验基地,供本校学生进行创业实践。笔者在学校创新创业园安排下,对学校创新创业场地进行管理,对创业团队进行思想和创业进行指导。通过对国家政策、实施方案等系统性的学习、以及在工作中的亲身实践、数据采集分析,总结出很多思想政治教育对于高校创新创业工作的经验,同时进行很多探索和分析。大学生创业平均失败三次才有可能成功。所以深入研究思想政治教育工作在高校创新创业工作中的理论和方法,能更好更高效的处理创新创业工作在高校实践中的推进工作。同时向大学生在创新创业方面的知识比较薄弱,系统深刻的向大学生普及创新创业知识,有助于提升大学生创新创业素质,同时提高大学生创业的成功率。

Innovation and entrepreneurship has become a curriculum that colleges and universities must carry out. The state vigorously supports innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, Yunnan normal University in many areas of the school has done this attempt and innovation, in the school analysis of one fifth floor, three West dormitory one floor. Eight basements have set up the experimental base of innovation and entrepreneurship for the students of our school to carry out entrepreneurial practice. Under the arrangement of the School Innovation and pioneering Park, the author manages the school's innovative and entrepreneurial space. Through the systematic learning of national policies, implementation programs, as well as personal experience in the work, data collection and analysis. Summed up a lot of ideological and political education for the work of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities experience. At the same time, a lot of exploration and analysis. The average failure of college students can succeed three times. Therefore, the theory and method of ideological and political education in innovative entrepreneurship work in colleges and universities are deeply studied. It can better and more efficiently deal with the work of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in the practice of colleges and universities. At the same time, the knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students is relatively weak, and the knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship is systematically and profoundly popularized to college students. It is helpful to improve the quality of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, and to improve the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship.
