农科大学生科技创新能力培养模式的探索与实践——以安徽科技学院为例

【摘要】：本文在分析当前农科大学生科技创新能力培养现状的基础上,提出了一种培养模式,即强化农科专业思想教育,培养一种精神(吃苦耐劳的农学精神),创新两个体系(课程体系和保障体系),建立三维模式(导师制模式、产学研协同创新模式和自主科研实践锻炼模式)。通过该培养模式的实践,农科大学生科技创新能力培养成效明显,为农科专业创新人才培养提供了一定参考借鉴。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the present situation of the cultivation of agricultural college students' scientific and technological innovation ability, this paper puts forward a training mode, that is, to strengthen the agricultural specialty ideological education and to cultivate a spirit (the spirit of hard work and hard work). To innovate the two systems (curriculum system and guarantee system), to establish three-dimensional model (tutoring model, co-innovation model of production, college and research and independent scientific research practice training model).
