高校与校友认同关系的类型、偏差及重建

【摘要】：高校与校友彼此认同是高校开展校友工作的前提和基础。由于相互认同的表现方式及强度不同,高校与校友间的认同关系分为互认恒常型、双强双趋型、强趋弱避型、双弱双避型四种类型。从高校校友工作的实际开展状况看,其认同关系的处理方式出现择其一时而系之、择其优者而认之、择其利益而趋之、择其劣者而疏之、择其私者而维之等几种偏差。要发挥校友在高校发展中的积极作用,高校的校友工作需要确立一视同仁、非功利化的认同理念,建立健全联系经常化、沟通主动化、参与多样化的校友工作机制。
[Abstract]:Mutual identification between universities and alumni is the premise and foundation of the work of alumni. Due to the different expression and intensity of mutual identification, the identification relationship between universities and alumni can be divided into mutual recognition constant type, double strong and double trend type. From the view of the actual situation of the work of alumni in colleges and universities, the handling of the identification relationship appears to be selected for a while and it is selected for the best, and its interests tend to be chosen. In order to give play to the positive role of alumni in the development of colleges and universities, the work of alumni in colleges and universities needs to establish the concept of equal treatment and non-utilitarianism. Establish and improve the regular contact, communication initiative, participate in a variety of alumni work mechanism.
