国外大学生欺负行为研究述评

【摘要】：欺负行为是一种特殊的侵犯行为,欺负卷入的经历会对个体身心发展带来诸多不利影响。相较于中小学生和成人工作场所的欺负研究,大学生欺负行为的研究成果相对匮乏。本文对国外相关文献进行了梳理和综述,介绍了大学生欺负行为的方式、发生率、影响、相关因素,分析了现有研究存在的主要问题,并对未来的大学生欺负行为研究进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Bullying is a special kind of aggression, bullying involved in experience will bring many adverse effects on the physical and mental development of individuals, compared with primary and secondary school students and adult workplace bullying research. The relative lack of research results of bullying behavior of college students. This paper reviews the relevant literature abroad, introduces the way, incidence, influence and related factors of bullying behavior of college students. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current research, and looks forward to the future research on bullying behavior of college students.
