卓越人才培养与工匠精神培育的关联研究

【摘要】:"卓越人才"是应用型本科技能型人才培养的主要目标,"工匠精神"是追求极致的精神,是对职业、对产品以及对企业负责的一种表现。推进新时期我国经济转型升级发展,需要重塑工匠精神。应用型本科教育担负着培养高素质高技能人才的重任,如能将"工匠"的职业素养以及职业态度融入到应用型人才培育的全过程,促进"卓越人才培养"与"工匠精神"的有效结合,该文结合应用型本科院校"卓越人才培养"计划的实施与"工匠精神培育"的必要性和途径加以探讨,以求促进"卓越人才培养"与"工匠精神培育"得到有效传承。
[Abstract]:"Outstanding talents" is the main goal of the cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate skilled talents, "artisans' spirit" is the pursuit of the utmost spirit, is to the profession. In order to promote the economic transformation and development of our country in the new period, it is necessary to remold the spirit of craftsmen. The applied undergraduate education bears the heavy responsibility of cultivating high quality and high skill talents. If we can integrate the professional accomplishment and attitude of "artisans" into the whole process of cultivating applied talents, we can promote the effective combination of "outstanding talents training" and "craftsman spirit". This paper probes into the necessity and approach of the implementation of "excellent talents training" program and the "cultivation of craftsmen 'spirit" in applied undergraduate colleges and universities. In order to promote the "outstanding talent training" and "artisan spirit cultivation" to get effective inheritance.
