大学治理的价值取向与实践原则

【摘要】:由于政府部门与大学的边界不清,大学内部行政与教育学术的关系不顺,导致行政力量而非教育学术力量主导着大学发展,进而引发大学身份的混乱。因此,大学治理的首要目的在于匡正大学作为教育学术机构的性质,即大学是以高深学问培养高级人才的教育机构,并围绕这一主旨激发大学活力,提升包括教学、科研以及育人等能力在内的教育力。大学治理的实践中,需要遵循教育性原则、正义性原则和契约性原则,在保证大学治理效果的同时,使治理原则本身也具有教育作用,实现大学对社会的改造与引领。
[Abstract]:Because the boundary between government department and university is not clear and the relationship between administration and education academic is not good, the administrative force, not the educational academic force, leads to the development of university, which leads to the confusion of university identity. The primary purpose of university governance is to correct the nature of the university as an educational academic institution, that is, university is an educational institution that trains senior talents with advanced knowledge, and stimulates the vitality of the university around this purpose, including teaching. In the practice of university governance, we should follow the educational principle, the principle of justice and the principle of contract, in order to ensure the effect of university governance at the same time. So that the principle of governance itself also has an educational role, to achieve the transformation and guidance of the university society.
