大学科研项目间接成本率的影响因素分析——基于美国综合性大学的实证分析

【摘要】：分析科研项目间接成本率的影响因素是制定合理间接成本补偿机制的重要基础。本文分析了间接成本率的概念;构建了间接成本率影响因素的分析框架,从本质因素、调整因素两方面分析提出可能影响机构间接成本率水平的因素;以美国91所综合性大学为样本进行实证研究;最后,结合分析提出对我国科研项目间接费用管理改革的政策建议。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the concept of indirect cost rate, constructs the analysis frame of the influence factor of indirect cost rate, and analyzes the essential factors. The adjustment factors are analyzed from two aspects, and the factors that may affect the level of the indirect cost rate of the institutions are put forward; 91 comprehensive universities in the United States are taken as a sample for empirical research; finally, Based on the analysis, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the reform of indirect cost management of scientific research projects in China.
