大学生社会技能类型划分及特点分析——以浙江省为例

【摘要】:社会技能对大学生个体发展具有非常重要的意义。本文从发展与教育心理学的角度出发,以浙江省属高校大学生为对象,使用大学生社会技能自我评定量表(CHUSSI),对669名大学生进行了测试,根据潜在类别分析的拟合指数将大学生社会技能划分为"娴熟型"、"平衡型"、"就近型"、"求远型"和"缺失型"5种类型。在此基础上,通过无序多分变量的Logistic回归考察,得出浙江省大学生社会技能各类型存在显著的学历层次和性别特点,并就"就近型"、"求远型"和"缺失型"三类学生提出了加强社会技能教育的对策建议,以期为高校管理、大学生心理辅导提供参考。
[Abstract]:Social skills are of great significance to the individual development of college students. From the perspective of development and educational psychology, this paper takes the college students of Zhejiang Province as the object. A total of 669 college students were tested with the Social skills Self-rating scale (CHUSSI). According to the fitting index of potential category analysis, college students' social skills are divided into five types: "skillful", "balanced", "nearest", "distant" and "missing". It is concluded that there are significant educational levels and gender characteristics in all types of social skills of college students in Zhejiang Province, and the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening social skills education are put forward for the students of "proximity type", "distant type" and "missing type" in order to improve the management of colleges and universities. Psychological counseling of college students provides reference.
