思想政治教育视域下大学生领导力培育研究

【摘要】:大学生是国家未来的建设者和接班人,引领中国未来发展的重任将不可避免地落在他们的肩头。瞬息万变的全球化浪潮的冲击和日新月异的科技进步的挑战对大学生的综合素质提出了新的更高要求。其中,是否具有以战略眼光、宏观视野和前瞻能力为特征的领导能力成为高校人才培养新的重要指标。因此,有意识地对大学生进行领导力教育和培养,以提升大学生应对国际化竞争与挑战的素质与能力,是全球化浪潮和国际化趋势对人才培养提出的新要求,是我国教育强国战略与培养一流人才的现实需要,也是对国家未来领导人才的前瞻开发及培养可靠建设者和接班人的必然要求。大学生领导力培育在我国是一个比较新的研究课题,由于文化传统及具体国情的不同,完全照搬西方做法,用西方的话语体系来阐释中国的大学生领导力培育显然有失妥当,有必要研究构建符合我国国情及时代背景的中国特色的大学生领导力培育理论体系与实践架构。基于此,本文综合运用文献分析法、比较分析法、个案研究法等研究方法,将大学生领导力培育主动纳入思想政治教育视野加以考察,对我国大学生领导力培育的相关理论和实践问题展开探讨。领导力是处于社会关系中的个体在特定的情境下引领他人和社会积极改变所需要具备的各种能力素质等影响力要素的集合。所谓大学生领导力培育是指普通高等院校的教育工作者在一定的理论指导下,依据领导力培育的目标及定位有意识地向大学生提供旨在促进其领导知识、技能和价值观、道德品行等方面的积极发展,引领国家社会积极改变的一系列理论教育和实践活动。本文在展开论述的过程中,首先回溯了中西方文化中大学生领导力培育的思想渊源,梳理归纳了我国传统领导思想以及当代西方领导理论对于大学生领导力培育的传承与借鉴,并重点阐述了马克思主义领导理论的主要观点,它是思想政治教育视域下探讨大学生领导力培育问题的思想理论基础。在意义向度上,大学生领导力培育具有重要的哲学蕴涵,高校开展大学生领导力培育的深层意义是大学生个体社会化过程的积极取向,是个体存在与发展方式的优化。在价值维度上,大学生领导力培育,作为集领导知识、技能和价值观教育为一体的实践活动,能够有效引导大学生在关注个人发展的同时积极引领社会发展,满足大学生思想政治教育的目的性价值;大学生领导力培育注重激发教育对象的主体性,以实现人的自由全面发展为根本,体现了其本身所蕴含的本体论价值;领导力培育作为一种人际影响力培养,其更多依托日常的生活化的教育手段来开展,因而具有隐性教育价值、榜样示范价值和自我教育价值等方法论价值。论文论述了当前大学生领导力培育的现状与问题,分析梳理了国内部分高校大学生领导力培育的实践探索,以此为基础.归纳了当前我国大学生领导力培育的主要特点及问题不足,并以思想政治教育为视野探讨了我国大学生领导力培育的目标定位及内容体系。大学生领导力培育应该着眼于国家社会发展战略,以培养未来建设者和接班人的"元领导力"为其定位,以领导价值观培育为其根本,以实现大学生个体价值与社会价值的有机统一为其目标。与此相应,我国大学生领导力培育的内容体系包括:以价值观为核心的领导意识激发,以领导激励能力为重点的集体主义精神培育,以领导人格魅力为基础的品格养成,以领导能力素质为目标的技能训练。理论层面的探讨最终是为了探寻实践中的路径。论文最后提出了进一步推进大学生领导力培育的对策与建议,认为我国大学生领导力培育应该在常规的思想政治教育活动中渗透进行,依托党、团、班及学生社团为领导力培育的具体平台;在模式方法层面需要借鉴国外大学生领导力教育的成功经验,实行"精英化" + "大众化"的分层次普及型教育模式以及遵循"理论灌输-实践训练-反思评估"科学方法;在体制机制方面则需要充分发掘中国特色的大学生领导力培育保障条件。
[Abstract]:College students are the builders and successors of the future, the future development of the task of leading the China will inevitably fall on their shoulders. The changing trend of globalization and the progress of science and technology change rapidly the challenge of comprehensive quality of college students put forward new and higher requirements. Among them, whether it is from a strategic point of view for the characteristics of macro perspective and prospective ability of leadership talents become an important indicator of the new. Therefore, and to develop leadership education for college students consciously to improve students' quality and ability to cope with the international competition and challenges, is the globalization and the internationalization trend of the new requirements for personnel training, training and education strategy is China's first-class talents the real need is for the prospective future national leadership development and necessary requirement to develop reliable constructors and successors. Student leadership training is a relatively new research topic in our country, because of the cultural tradition and the specific conditions of different countries, completely copy the Western practice with western discourse system to cultivate college students leadership China obviously interpretation is inappropriate, theoretical framework and practice of cultivating college students leadership is necessary to build in line with China's national conditions and the background of the times the China characteristics research. Based on this, this paper uses the literature analysis, comparative analysis, case studies and other research methods on the cultivation of College Students' leadership, active in the view of Ideological and political education to study, discusses the theory and practice of college students to cultivate leadership. Leadership is the problem of our country in social relations in the individual specific circumstances lead to others and the society to actively change the various abilities required for the influence elements of the set. The cultivation of college students leadership refers to ordinary institutions of higher education workers under the theoretical guidance, based on the target and orientation of leadership training consciously to provide college students to promote their leadership skills and knowledge, values, morality and other aspects of the positive development, leading the National Society for positive change and a series of theory and practice of education this paper discusses the activities. In the process of Cultivating College Students' leadership first traces the ideological origins in western culture, summed up the Chinese traditional leadership thought and contemporary western leadership theory and reference for cultivating college students leadership inheritance, and focuses on the main ideas of Marx's theory of leadership, it is to explore the theory the basic problems in cultivating leadership of College Students Ideological and political education from the perspective of meaning. In, cultivate college students' leadership An important philosophical implication, the deep meaning of the university to carry out the cultivation of College Students' leadership is a positive orientation of the individual socialization process of college students, is the individual existence and development. In the optimization value, student leadership training, leadership as a set of knowledge, skills and values education as one of the practical activities, to guide the students in personal attention the development of and actively guide the social development, meet the objective value of the ideological and political education; college student leadership cultivation of subjectivity and inspire the education object, to realize man's free and comprehensive development, reflects its inherent ontological value; cultivate leadership as a kind of interpersonal influence culture, the more relying on life the means of education to carry out daily, so it has the value of recessive education, model demonstration value and self value of education methods On value. This paper discusses the present situation and problems of the cultivation of leadership of university students, analyzes the exploration and practice of Cultivating College Students' leadership in the domestic part, on this basis. Summarized the current China to cultivate college students leadership and the main features of the problem, and in the ideological and Political Education as the perspective to explore target college students and cultivate leadership the content system of our country. College students' leadership training should focus on the national development strategy, in order to cultivate the future builders and successors of the "leadership" for its location and cultivation as the fundamental to the concept of leadership value, to achieve the organic unity of College Students' individual value and social value as its target. Accordingly, including cultivated in China the content of college leadership system: stimulate consciousness as the core leadership values, to lead and motivate the ability to focus on collectivism spirit cultivation, As the leader of personality based on character cultivation and leadership skills training. The final goal of the level of theory is to explore the path of practice. Finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the leadership training of college students, the college students think leadership training should penetrate, in the conventional ideological and political education in support of the party, groups, classes and students associations for platform specific leadership training; in the method level need to learn from the successful experience of Student Leadership Education in foreign countries, the implementation of "layered elite" and "popular" universal education mode and follow the "theory - Practice Training - Assessment" scientific method; in terms of institutional mechanisms to fully explore the characteristics of college students China leadership training of the security conditions.
